So when ordering the guy just kept asking me “will this complete your order will this complete your order?” Repeatedly. Then the total for my food was $51.51 so I gave him $61.51 expecting a $10 back but he gave me $9 and some change. When I tried to explain to him that I should’ve gotten a $10 back in change he said I didn’t give him a what I gave him. Then just shut the window when I tried to explain more. Terrible service and possibly poor management.
I can’t review the chicken because I can never get any. Stopped in two times in the last 8 months, both times it was between 5 and 6 pm. Yesterday it was 5:40 pm.I was told it would be at least a 45 minute wait. I was ordering the 10 piece meal both times. I can’t figure out why they won’t think ahead and plan for a dinner rush……I just left and picked up food from subway.
Today I did a online order with a mention of them being out of anything or a delay in my order. When arriving after the pick up time I was told part of my order was not going to be available due to being frozen. The rest of my order was not even started. The staff suggested I ask for a refund on the online app instead of giving me a refund or offering anything else with no manager available. Once the manager came back to the restaurant she tried to fix things but even with her offering a replacement. The staff was terrible not helpful at all when I asked for a corp number I was told they are not incorporated and did not have there owners name or number. So very terrible.
Stop in for a quick lunch. They have the lobby open now for seating. I have never been disappointed here.Friendly service and clean, comfortable tables.
Had went thru Drive thru and was told to park in front of store and wait for them to bring me my order.... Otherwise the Food was on point.
As Paulette mentioned last week. Worst KFC I've ever been too. They also are telling us the manager isn't here when it comes to our refund. The chicken tenders were old the fries were cold. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Service was subpar, workers weren't wearing masks properly and food was barely warm. Wasn't asked if we wanted sauces either had to walk in after going through the drive through
This is the worst KFC I've ever been at and they have rude people they have people if you try to talk to a manager they tell you there's no manager there's never a system manager this must be a ghost operation do not do not I repeat ever use this KFC
I just got the famous bowl and I don't know what makes it so famous, the chicken and mash potatoes or the bread clip tab i found in it.If this was some sort of scavenger hunt and i won a prize let me know and i will gladly change the rating.
The chicken was great and the sides were nice and hot also it's great that they have the feast meal still
