Only ONE COUPON!? Are they kidding!? But no, it's 4REAL! You CANNOT USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON PER TRANSACTION!! So lets say u go through the drive through and u order a meal and get a free taco with that purchase because u have a coupon, well...you would have go get back in line again to use another coupon to get a milk shake for $2! That's not cool! If u looking for good sales and coupons in order to save money, because you on a very tight budget and got like 5 kids, that's not good at all! To just be able to use one coupon at a time? ridiculous!
I usually stop to grab a salad the only thing is that for some reason the salad are not the same amount on them sometimes it's has a good portion and some times they don't even come half full ?
Drive-thru wait times have improved over time. Must ASK for a receipt in the drive-thru or you will not get one. Pretty accurate orders.
It took us like 10 min for someone to answer the drive thru. Customer service was horrible! Waited 30 min to get our food and my order was incomplete waited another 10 min.
Sodas had no lids food was cold fries tasted like old grease,they were out of a chicken And almost everything.Drive threw .All that money and it was trash!!!!!

Very poor service. Still not allowed to get your own drinks.very slow in fine in and drive thru. The cashier was not able to take the order correctly.
Got the order wrong and it was walk in, wasnt busy and it was a simple order. No napkins or the asked 4 sauces. Got a bit to trustworthy having recently used the same few trusted spots in Monterey to Carmel and didn't check the order and just rolled out. So disappointed and I will be saying hi to them on my return trip back up to Yosemite in about 4 hours.
Went in at about 5:30 today after having a very busy and stressful day and Casey was so kind and helpful he literally turned my entire mood around. If i could give more than 5 stars for his service, i definitely would.
