This jack in the box is the worst in Madera,I will drive across town rather then go back to the Howard location,and I live a few minutes from it! Food is always cold and wrong and they are always out of everything.It is always empty so why are they always out of stuff? And the staff is so rude and unsanitary,donot come to work if you don't like you're job.Who is hiring these people?We spent almost 60$ and we're totally grossed out and even we tried calling they kept hanging up on us ,so unprofessional! They knew what they had did ,trashy food and service. Gateway or Yosemite location are way better.
Worst drive jack in the box. The Night Crew is trash! And the Managers and staff are rude! We waited over 25 minutes just for them to tell us they don’t have any change, we couldn’t get a word out because the Cashier Walked away immediately leaving us unattended, and when asked again they practically yelled at us. NEVER COMING TO THE ONE ON HOWARD AGAIN. I’ll prefer to Drive all the way across town. You should really have staff members work on their customer service skills.
I usually stop to grab a salad and for some reason they don't always come on the portion some times they are full and sometime not even half full ?
Just went and they gave me this salad ? I know Its cheap but I would prefer they say they out than to give me this ?
They forgot my whole order except for my fries but I would go back to get it but It’s 12:30 rn when I’m righting this

Found a hair in my SODA never again will I have a drink and I asked for no tomatoes on my burger and still put a tomato in it :,(
Sadly they ran our of chicken sandwiches which is what I really wanted.
