I ordered 2 fries through the drive thru but I guess they only marked me down for one and I asked the cashier if she can charge me for another and she said "I can't do that for you, you'll need to go through the drive thru again to order" she then proceeded to roll her eyes and slam the drive thru window. What type of customer service is that lol ? Her name tag said Gabby.
Bathroom was very dirty and gross, toilet had pee all over the toilet seat and on the floor. Sink was gross, I had to literally clean it myself. There was no seat covers barely any toilet paper. Good thing there was paper towels. I would have gone some where else but I had a 98 year old person that had to go really bad, she would not allow me to use the other bathroom because it was employees only. I did ask if she would have someone clean. And she said maintenance has to do it. I felt that since the bathroom was gross the food would not be any better, I decided not to eat there and went to Starbucks.
Stopped in during a road trip staff was very curious and attentive order was made to our satisfaction.
Went through the drive through yesterday. The absolute worst burgers I’ve had in my life. Flat buns, dried patties and the fries were almost cold. Never again!!!!
Food was good, but they didn't have enough staff & we had to wait about 5 minutes for them to take our order.
It’s sad how you come tru the drive tru and they tell u always a lie that the system is down that sometimes happened with the computer it’s always something and I see them on there phone laughing wat kind of service do customers get it’s really disappointed I been waiting over 39 mints the the system only takes 10 to 15 mints to come back I hope they check and have those people firer I have seen 22 cars leave and everyone saids they said 10 mints and it’s past 30 I call corporate and complain There just denying service to customers all this cars waiting and there looking a movie in there tv or something u can see it on the pic
Was a good experience. Seemed efficient in their execution of food preparation at the drive through. Only ordered food for the kids and it was just 2 orders of nuggets and fries. The kids enjoyed the meal as expected.
Honestly I’m don’t know what it is, but the first time I came here they didn’t even fully warmed up/cooked the chicken well. It was still raw in the center. And the second Time I went, the chicken was really dry. After that I stopped going for a little over 2 months. I decided to go again, cause I was like idk maybe they’re actually warming up the food right. But NOPE! They had the audacity to give me!……it wasn’t even chicken it was like the fat or the cartilage of the chicken, idk OKAY!!. All Ik is that it wasn’t chicken at all. Cause CHICKEN ISNT Supposed to be very! TOUGH! AND CHEWY! Which is why I don’t go there anymore.The fries were always good though. But that’s still not a good enough reason for me to go back there.
Check your order before leaving make sure it's fresh,think the nuggets came from under the deep fryer?
