Delicious. After an ownership change the food is very lovingly created. Highlights were the tri-tip sandwich and the out of this world onion rings. Service is friendly and everyone on staff is kind and wants to make sure you have a great experience eating here.Absolutely our new go to spot on lunch hour.
Hands down best sandwich shop in Madera. You can't beat full of bull for taste and value. The owner was so nice to us when we went in he came over to our table and we talked for a while just a very friendly guy the whole staff was extremely nice and our food was delicious as always and they got it to it quick. If you want a sandwich in Madera this is the only place to go as far as I'm concerned.

I didn't wanna mess up there star rating its not the lady's/owner fault she's really nice and a beautiful woman . Unfortunately I think it's the cooks . Iv been in the restaurant business 20 years before I retired . And the food here was always so good but the last time I was there I got two orders of the smoked tri tip sandwiches with fries... it was disgusting . I'm sorry .. the tri tip was in chunks and I watched them reheat the meat in the microwave . I saw that now they have all their meats proportioned and they warm them all up in the microwave .. that's not fresh , the tri tip I couldn't even eat it was so hard and rubbery I had to throw it away . Pretty sure the cook has that little smoker outside just for looks honestly. I wanted to stop by and get lunch again today from there but didn't wanna be disappointed again and have to throw it away . My professional opinion to the beautiful owner is to ditch that cook. I know tons of cooks in madera that can do 100 times better then the one they have and some actually have experience in smoked meats and bbq
I had a hot pastrami sandwich. Wonderful! The meat wasn't fatty or stringy. Very tasty!!
Ordered a Bulls Eye sub; what a messy sandwich. All the ingredients are diced for some reason, except for the banana peppers, they’re left whole! Why not leave the deli meat sliced for the best eating experience?? This hot sandwich was soggy from being wrapped in foil too. What the heck! Flavor was okay!
