I payed with a 50 she kept $5 of my supposed to be $39.30. I did not go back and complain cause it’s $5 but come on now.
Really disappointing experience. Customer service was awful. At a self serve yogurt shop interaction with customers is minimal anyways but the guy working there didn't greet me (that's fine) but when he rung me up he didn't say a word accept tell me my total, took my card, handed it back to me and then turned around. Seemed like me being there was a burden. The yogurt also tasted bad. Like sour bad. The mochi was hard and definitely old. Bummer.
Lack of courtesy really makes for a bad experience. Guy behind the counter refused to even say hello to my children when we walked in, no response when I said thank you, I’ll gladly take my business where it is more appreciated. Even my toddler asked me why he wouldn’t say anything.
The yogurt is delicious but costumer service is lacking. The worker didn’t say a word to me until I was about to pay. They make you wear gloves when getting your frozen yogurt due to Covid which makes sense. Some of the toppings seemed like they’d been sitting out for a while. The cherries were turning black so obviously I didn’t get those. It was an okay experience.
Very bad customer service cashier was grouchy and didnt let my daughter pour sprinkles on her yogurt ?, first and last time there and the only reason i put 1 star is because the flavors were good
Lady at front desk was rude, and the gummy worms tasted like rock
It was good I am to tell my friends to go there
my cousins took me there because we couldn't go yogurt land. but its the second best thing
It was good I am to tell my friends to go there
