I would of rated our visit 5 stars but the way they handled our complaint, that automatically brought it down to a 1. They really need to upgrade their speaker system. They decided to argue instead of acknowledging a simple mistake on both of our ends. She heard something else when we ordered and we heard something else when she repeated our order back. They stated that the owner was the one that declined to make it right. Just remember that it’s always easier to lose a customer than to gain a customer. Today you lost one.
The food here was real delicious and the cheese steak was super flavorful. The line to order is long but the service is fast, I just love how much food they serve for the lowest price.
I ordered a Banana Split, the other day. Their vanilla ice cream is pretty thick, it was ok because it seemed like the ice cream didn't have too much flavor compared to Dairy Queen, that's my favorite place to eat.
Drive thur makes tons of mistake when taking orders. You can hear loud people in the background over the speaker. Go into the restaurant cooks have beards, their beards are not covered. Cooks do not where gloves when handling food. Dirty rags cleaning soda & milk shake cups. In all honesty environmental health which grants them inspection & certification should be notifed. They should do a surprise inspection. I guarantee they would close them down quick.
This place was really good, but seems to be going downhill. Quality of the food and service has declined. They also took away one of our favorite menu items which is fried pickles. This place stood out to us, but now it seems like every other privately owned burger joint.
For anyone who is thinking of working here DO NOT DO IT. I got hired immediately after my Interview which was a little weird for me because most of the questions were based on asking me if I am able to be on my feet for hours, my availability and hobbies. Thought maybe they were just really short staffed. Workers are nosey and do not know how to train. I was 16 working until 11 PM most of the shifts with no break. I asked to go on my first break when I saw one of the girls going on break during my shift. Manager (YASEEN) is horrible at his job, Enough said. Watching the food being made is disgusting, should be known by now how nasty the restaurant is. I would clean the store most of my shift and find dead roaches near the back by the bathroom or by the tables. Cooks are lazy and weird. Very friendly with the young girls working in front. And they’re like what? 30? Smoking in the kitchen where the food is being made, gross! But the Customers were amazing ?
I Ordered #31 pastrami melt,Hardly any cheese to consider this sandwich a melt. The pastrami is low grade (look at my pic). Will not order that # again. Will I be back, of course it's good burger joint. With all due respect, they need to add a lot more cheese and most importantly buy better quality pastrami. I give 2 stars only for this sandwich
No special sauce on their salads anymore... I could have been warned? dried lettuce is not at all tastyLove their burgers though
So yummy for your tummy!!!! Real homemade ranch. Not that generic as s*** other restaurants be given.
Solid burgers. Fries were too thick and not crispy enough. Shrimps in shrimp basket are quite small.
