Can't please everyone in the food or drink industry, but in all give me Dutch Bros any day and not that high price coffee at Starbucks never been a fan and the city of Madera need change.
The location is the best.Main cross streets Highway 41 and Avenue 12.You won't miss it. Great variety of drinks and awesome customer service.
I got 3 drinks 2 of which were terrible. I had ordered an electric berry rebel freeze and the girl corrected me and said frost i said i mean i guess if thats what it is called then yes i want that. I have ordered this drink multiple times so when it came out not the right color i was confused. I also bought a sugar free raspberry rebel freeze and she did not corrected me again and said you mean blended i said sure whatever yet even that drink did not come out as a blended drink. I feel the girls were way to busy singing and dancing to even know what i said. Music was way to loud. The girl was way to busy to even know what i wanted sorry but terrible service never once had a dutch this terrible
Drink was perfect but the guy at the window was very dismissive and ignored us while chatting with someone else about a movie.
Love this Dutch Bros location. Staff is friendly. ❤️ that they have so many sugar free options and the sugar free drinks are so yummy ☕?
Walked in and the music was so loud you couldn't hear the person trying to take your order. Basically green or black tea with your choice of sugar filled syrups. Diabetes in a cup. Not worth the money. Another money trap that serves garbage wrapped in trendy BS that costs more than a sensible person would pay.
I am so glad you guys came to Madera. I can't wait for the new location which is way closer to my house and the 99 freeway. You guys rock every morning when I come, with smiles and warm conversation. Great way to start the morning! From Me and Wifey!
I’m so glad they finally put a Dutch brothers in Madera ranchos. Now I get the best drinks for a reasonable price and it’s just down the street. The staff is friendly, the drinks r awesome and they stay open late. Thanks Dutch! Keep up the good work and you can expect me frequently!
As an Oregon native, this was a very bittersweet stop for me.The drink was great, they always are, but the Dutch culture just doesnt exist at this location. I was just another number to the staff, from order to receiving the drink there wasn't that soul i was used to, no "Hi, how's it going, how's your day". Just cold "what do you want, total, here you are".
