We had been going here since they open David the owner a very nice man but a few days ago we went in early morning my girlfriend wanted donuts so we go. We had bought about 8 donuts which were all raw so raw that the donut stretched which grossed us out so we went down there they seemed a little busy so we called for some the phone to see if maybe they wanted us to handle this at the back door the young woman which is David's daughter had said to just bring it in the front so when I had asked her for my money back she refused to give me my money back told me that some of those donuts weren't raw and this is the way I see it the customers always right and if I felt that I didn't want to eat any of those donuts due to being grossed out and I feel I should have had all of my money returned but obviously they must need that money more than I do so I told him that just keep it but I will never go back again. I still would always over look THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T CARE THAT FLIES CRAWLED ALL OVER THEIR DONUTS
This place had there nerve to sell raw doughnuts to the public. Went back and David the owners daughter was a very rude [email protected]#$ to me and argued with me and out of the 14 dollars she only gave me 4 dollars back well I will tell you this David you lost our business that's for sure. You may want to pull your daughter or retrain her and teach her better customer service skills and respect.
My family and I visit at least once a week. The customer service is great and the food is always tasty. Thank you to all the workers for everything.
I've lived in Madera 22 years and have never tried this place. But it's the best!! Try a breakfast sandwich #2 or #7. So mouth watering.
Usually, I only order donuts and ham and cheese croissants for breakfast and overall taste good. Recently, I tried their lunch sandwiches and croissant and are very very good. The ladies are nice all the time.
The girls are the sweetest, friendliest staff I’ve came across, they definitely care about their customers here, and the food is great, the sandwiches..so good!!! Can never go wrong with a BLT and some Vietnamese iced coffee, if you haven’t been here and you live in Madera it’s a MUST!

Best donuts ever. You have to be quick they run out fast
At first this placed confused my taste buds the donuts have a flavor I have not had anywhere else at first I was not enjoying it but now I’m on my fourth visit and can’t get enough of it. I would love to know why the flavor is different. Every type of donut has this seasoning(?) let me know if you figure it out!
