Absolutely terrible. I've been trying for 30 minutes to place an order over the phone. It asked if I wanted to use card and I said yes, then was put on a loop of automated voices that wouldn't give me the option or opportunity to input my card info. It shouldn't be this difficult and you should at least get an opportunity to talk to an actual person. Won't be trying again.
allowed order 45 minutes before close and would not answer phone to check status of order within 30 minutes of close. order never delivered and would not take calls 15 mins before close. don’t order unless you want to be scammed out of your money. terrible. couldn’t even answer the phone before closing time to inform the order would be canceled. worst service. (delivery location was 4 minutes away)! would give 0 stars if allowed
I ordered my food and it took over 2 hours to arrive at my house by the time it did get there pizza was cold and the sandwich was hard. I was told I would get a fresh new order but that was a lie!! Not a happy customer
I am so upset with this dominoes this is the second time I gotten pizza from them and didn’t do what Iv asked I asked for light sauce but guess what no light sauce ever time I click on it some how it doesn’t do it but it shows that I clicked then when I called the store the manager yes mind you the manager well I told her and once again she didn’t know what to do nor acted like she wanted to help me and make me happy but instead now she chose for me to wright a bad review about her I didn’t get her name but she is the manager there i didnt want anything more but my pizza I ordered I even called customer service and they even said they would tell them but guess what they didn’t so I’m highly upset about this I get that it’s just pizza but people got lives to ok so don’t Take ur anger out on us your suppose to make us happy ??♂️?

The pizza ? was really bad. When I took the first bite, it felt and tasted like something that was made a few days ago. Just for 3 pizza the price was really high.?? I can get better tasting pizza at Little Cesar's and for cheaper too.
1) How can you charge a delivery fee when the drivers are using their own cars.2) The pizza wasnt hot but it wasnt completely cold3) The pizza looked like it was dropped a couple of times by the time it got to me.
This was the first time I used Domino's curb-side pick up and it worked out very well. The ordering online was simple and I liked the choices they had for how much you wanted of an item on your pizza. Also a great selection of crusts, sauces and toppings. I got the thin crust which was good. The pizza was a little burnt in a small area-probably due to the thin crust- but I was so impressed with the ease of curbside service, I'm still giving them a 5
Recommendation: Get a chicken and bacon PAN pizza (ask for well done if you like a little crunch). Order some mango habanero sauce for dipping and BOOM! Best thing you've ever tasted!
Very likely to order again!! everything was cooked EXACTLY how all this is suppose to taste. Cristian is the best example of how a delivery person is suppose to act and appreciative of a customer.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY HISTORY OF ONLINE ORDERING AT DOMINOS THAT THE FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONALLY DONE..
