Order at the drive-thru, food wasnt ready so they made us wait in front parking. Waited 30mins till the brought us the food. After we took off fries were cold and chicken tenders still raw.

The first time I have ever been compelled to write a review of a fast food restaurant. Famous Star combo was delicious! Freshly made - the lettuce an onions were crunchy to the bite! And the Oreo Milkshake was so perfectly topped with whipped cream. All I can say is that this Carl’s Jr. sold me their food just like I see it in the commercials. I don't go to Carl's Jr often because so many places have cheaper burgers, but it seems to me like they shrunk the size of their burgers but didn't shrink the price. The burger I got was about 2/3rd the size it was just a couple months ago
$8 for a chicken waffle sandwich, and the waffles are cracked.. paper thin.. no honey or syrup.. Carl's Jr. in Madera is really going down hill. These high prices for low product is ridiculous, go somewhere else.
Soda was flat , chicken sandwich burnt and dose it hurt to add more sauce packets 2 /3 are not enough
