I came to eat with my family, had a bad experience with an employee and (pretend) manager Diana Zuniga, extremely rude when we ordering, to asking for ketchup, then on top she messed up our burgers, ending up taking 10 minutes to take remake 3 plain burger as they were talking on the headsets about us when i had asked to speak with a manager said i am what do you want so rudely. Big red head employee was trying to give a “what’s up” to me from across the room trying to fight while on the clock. DONT GO, burger king really hires anyone….
When u need its there thank goodness for having Burger King closer to home
We came in the drive thru to order some food and we had coupons, didn’t notice they were expired but the person on the mike begins to show attitude, demanding us to order. This person in the mike is definitely uneducated on how to treat their customers. I feel sorry for the owner of this place for hiring such ignorant employees.
Worst service ever I got a half empty soda and I also got vanilla shake that looked like someone drank out of it. I informed the manger he said that the portion was correct they just gave me a bigger cup. Will never go back, it looked like they gave me someone's half consumed order I was so disgusted.
Had a terrible experience ordered a chicken sandwich but got a fish sandwich instead never going again.They always mess up my order.
Very bad experience, the dinning are was supper dirty, service was terrible. We ordered few sandwiches and they put lil or no veggies and we asked for it and didn't want to give us what was supposed to be in the sandwiches ? Love my BK but not returning to that one anymore. It's the 3rd time they give me bad service! ?

So I had to remove a huge glob of Mayo. I love mayo but not a surprise amount in the center of my whopper. The tomato was not even close to being ripe that the core was hard to bite through. My burger was cold and missing onions as well. It took about 5 minutes to order inside even though I was the only one there. Food was made fast but it’s laying around that’s why it was cold. I asked for jalapeños and I was told I couldn’t buy them or have them even though they do have them. It was so confusing.
