Beautiful open space.Quality can be much better.Slice of white toast bread for $2.18 to much.Create something new on the menu for this beautiful space.
Save your time and money if you want to eat well go somewhere else. I have been there a few times and every time I'm disappointed.Do not order:Mac and cheese is expensive, they serve it cold and not good.Do not order the hilltop nachos, there were supposed to have carne asada I received undercooked chicken nasty and dangerous.Do not order the hibiscus ice tea, do your self a favor and order a water instead.
Axis is a very convenient little cafe located within the Tesoro Viejo community. They sell Peet's coffee and serve food. Coffee is good, on the pricier (becoming average pricing) side if you like to add in non dairy creamers and flavors. If you get an oatmilk vanilla latte it's close to $7, but again this seems to be the new average price for lattes. You order at the small counter and a server brings you your food and coffee to your table. Axis also serves alcohol for those 21 and over.
Nice place for a little snack out of the wind before browsing the farmers market. Our mocas didn't taste that great but everything everything else did.
Food and drinks were great but one of the staff member had a terrible adidude.
Neighborhood feel, good food, never without a place to sit. Has nights with live music too. And always very nice staff.
Great place for some coffee and a sandwich. The sandwiches are really good and the potatoes that come with it are fantastic! Coffee is great and they also have beer on tap. The staff was also great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend if your in the neighborhood.
Very good burgers. I go in regularly to work and drink coffee. Ladies are very nice and welcoming. If I sit to wait for my to go coffee, they always bring it to my table.

This is the perfect spot for a lunch, cold beer, coffee or meeting a friend to chat. The property is wonderfully designed, the staff is very friendly and the food is fantastic! We sat outside and visited for hours. The gift shop is also really cute so please stop in and enjoy the secret spot at Axis.
