The individual who recommended me was with me the day I walked in to order. The worker who took my order barely understood English I had to keep repeating the order. She also handed me a bag that was sticky because she didn't remove her gloves after filling our order. Also the lid on the cup of coffee was not tight and it spilled out on my hand. More than lightly I will not be back

Horrible service, I was standing in front a register for a long time and no one acknowledged me. There is 3 girls and just walk back and forth the kitchen. A customer comes in and stands behind me and they ask him can i help? They knew i was there first. She still had the nerves to give me attitude as soon as the customer tells her i was there first. Won’t ever come here again. How humiliating..
Me and my mom went through the drive thru at this winchell's yesterday they didn't fill up my chilla Cappuccino all the way it was half full , other then that the Food is so delicious..☕? and oh they forgot the sauce that comes with the burritos , The Day we went Friday/ January - 7- 2022
Great food not just donuts
Great drivethru friendly service, open late? NO BAKER? And no donuts, wth! I had to get a bagel and cream cheese, a concha, nice and fresh, BUT NO DONUTS??!! What’s going on, she said the manager was making the donuts by himself because he didn’t hire a baker, lol
Might as well remove the drive thru. I can’t believe one has to wait 30-40+ minutes to be attended on the drive thru. Any time of the day is the same thing. This is ridiculous.
Don't understand the purpose of a drive thru if you are sitting waiting 30 mins plus in it then asked to park up front to wait for your drink n food but the people who work there are friendly tho
