Horrible service I’m extremely upset about the service I had placed a mobile order around 9:40am the location opens at 9:30. I arrive to pick up my food and the person at the register says there’s no cook that to come back at 10:30am I was patient and understanding I went back and the cook says that the rice isn’t ready and to come back in 30 minutes I had to wait almost 1 hour after opening and the cook was asking for me stay and wait longer I asked for a refund he didn’t want to give me a refund stating that he couldn’t do it and i know he can I kept telling him I don’t want to wait I want my money back I have to go, worse service ever
Went to the Lynwood location to order food the girl there was super retarded taking my order..screwd my order up. Don't pay extra for the plate save your money the bowl is exactly the same amount for less!

Shopping center very dirty. Cashier was rude. They didn't give us barely any meat. Nothing like the 1 by my house. I would never visit this 1 again
Oder by phone most of the time and I double park so when I go in they always have my food ready so super fast
Horrible communication. Waited over 20 min and still didn't receive my side. If the wait time is so long a heads up would be nice. It's fast food after all
Very stingy with there rice. Other then that it was cool, I would've chose some where else to eat, but my situation wanted WaBaGrill. There hours are wonderful, I must say!
