Ordered two fried chicken dinners .chicken was dry and rubbery no flavor same with the fries horrible experience.

The food is delicious and usually great customer service except one employee. I believe her Name is Ana she has alot of piercings and some tattoos works in the morning or afternoon shift I went on 6/3/[email protected] I placed a phone order when we arrived to pick up our order she gave us someone else’s food charged us for it and was very rude when we tried to explain it was not our food very unprofessional she was talking with her hands rolling her eyes and had a horrible attitude she also told us she did not know the supervisor name very rude women
Fries were cooked to perfection. Burgers were juicy, and they were not stingy with extra thousand island sauce. GREAT customer service. Ordered the family pack with 4 burgers, 4 fries, and 4 drinks for $37.
The new mexican guy workers here dont even understand you in Spanish so why have them there in a place where you need to be bilingual…they forgot my straw to my drink really.? They did it on purpose smh. Go back to where you came from
I love their drive thru. Because of their chicken avocado and wheat bread ? with some orange juice ?
The food is FRESH & DELICIOUS ? their Milk Shakes & OJ is Awesome ??
Bad customer service in side and at the drive thru they get your orders wrong and then they blame you and they also charge you twice on items so be careful and double check your receipt
