Staff is really nice, store is very clean, and the vibe is very chill. It really feels like a local café instead of a busy Starbucks.Horchata fraps are delicious. Tried the hot mocha and it was very good. Not too sweet, but not bitter either. Also not burning hot, which I appreciate greatly.Great place to study or spend some time with friends and family. Outdoor seating is nice too.
They need to offer online ordering and a loyalty program. Parking lot is big but with this pandemic it’s not being utilized. They need to widen the main entrance, too many people are banging up their rims when the drive thru line gets long because drivers hug the curb.Their customer service is fine. Not a diamond experience but they do their best. Coffee can be a hit or miss.

Horchata Creme is the best one! Just be prepared if your going through the drive-thru, there's usually a large line of cars.
I never had a bad experience at this location, staff is always friendly. Service is quick. The drinks and snacks are reasonably priced. I do wish they had more non dairy options. They do have almond milk and soy for non dairy options.
Love them, just make sure you double check what they hand you they just gave my 5yr old a cuban latte instead of her hot chocolate so yea but their drinks are A+
Drive through was taking longer than usual. An employee came out and was taking orders car to car to get ahead in orders, I was impressed on how fast she was. Just to find out she was fast but in a bad way. My order was very easy. A large horchata frapp, and a small horchata frapp. The girl who took our order hurried as if she was rushing. That’s where she got the order wrong. Getting to the window we paid. When they give us the large, I notice it had dark stripes of drizzle. And the color of the frapp is dark. Then we get the small horchata frapp. We told the lady at the window that we ordered a large horchata frapp, not whatever she gave us. She seemed so unbothered, just wanting us to leave. She says “you put this” as in we chose to get the chocolate frapp she gave us. I said no, we ordered the horchata frapp. She proceeds to say again “no you put”, in a very stubborn way. I was bothered on another level. Customer service would take the incorrect item back, and make the new one according to customer. And I know because I work with food. I was just like whatever, I’ll take it.Don’t remember names. But the one taking orders outside had ginger curly hair I believe, if not a very light brown acorn color. The one at the window had glasses.I was really craving that horchata frapp.
Definitely love this place there's a drive thru and yes it's packed but someone its outside taking your orders..
Love this local chain! Coffee with a heavy Latin accent, all of it delicious. Real upgrade from what is normally Starbucks territory.
Good coffe.. awesome tbh.. I'm giving 4 stars cuz the coffee wasn't hot enough but tasted delicious
