Never tried it and never will. Every time I call they’ve never answered. Today I came in person to finally give it a try and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. I waited patiently, after 5 min I decided to leave.They need to work on their hospitality. This place doesn’t look very clean either. Taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the hype. If I could give them zero stars I would.
This place is very crowded and stinky. There is alot of staff but they dont often check on customers they forget. Before you go call dont waste your gas. Call and ask if they have whatever it is you will be ordering. We went on a weekday and it was crowded and no happy hour at all. They had ran out of crawfish and snow crab legs. The waitress advice to try the clams and mussels instead. They didnt want to give us a sample so we left. We cant order pounds of something that we may not like. The water taste really bad worse than tap water. Do not drink it.We left and went to the bell gardens kickin crab. Now that place is hella bomb. This one is not even close to their level. Plus they have happy hour.
It's okay. The place was pretty empty, they took forever to get our food and drinks. They didn't come and check on us. The food was good though. The micheladas were also tasty.
No order when calling out the orders, lack of organization and professionalism. No problem with the food but with how they handle the orders. Clerk who helped me out was Alex and I just wished they knew how to manage their orders a better way with out skipping people who’ve been waiting for 1 hour.
I love coming here! The food is so delicious! I love the spicy/cajun shrimp, their fish tacos, the cajun fries, & the fresh oysters! The customer service is always great! The servers are always very friendly and sweet. We love coming here and it's one of our favorite seafood places. The only thing that we don't like is the music. Every time we go they're playing Natanael Cano and that's just the worst type of music to play. So many talented artists to choose from and sadly they play that awful music from him. It's almost embarrassing. That's the only reason why I can't give the place 5/5 stars. They gotta play better music. Thank you. Xoxo ?
Delicious flavor! Better than most. I don't want to bash and put names on here. For the most part this spot is consistent on the flavor.
I ordered online TODAY with the right order (because I thought I had messed up) they added almost 10 sausages when I ordered 3 potatoes. I ordered extra mild and it felt like SUPER SPICY Louisiana. I had to put my lb of shrimp in a fryer and add sugar because it was uneatable. I never had experienced such bad clientele until today in this place, I love Kickin Crab but the food not even animals would eat . I wasted my money on food that I couldn’t eat. 0 stars if i could
They are so bad wen got to the place didn't have our reservation not only that we had to wait an hour to get seating then wait even longer still ain't got no food. This is all we got we got here at 635 and it's now 832
Food was iffy then , I found 3 baby hermit crabs in my food and a bottom of a bushel stem in my muscles . Their excuse was it comes prewashed . No u all didn’t wash the bag of mussels before serving them to people , lady forgot my potatoes in my bag , sausage wasn’t good u all need roger wood sausages , and add eggs to the menu, corn was mushy , no real utensils or plates .
The dining was fine and the staff was nice and helpful. I am just not a seafood fan but I had the blackened tilapia. It was delicious. I took my niece there for the crab. She was happy.
