This place is horrible really bad service there’s this one black lady that is always taking customers orders she’s racist with Mexicans it happens to me a lot of times when I buy something this lady’s laugh at me for reason when I want to order something she doesn’t pay attention like if I’m asking for free and she’s very rude I don’t why they have this lady working as a cashier if she doesn’t treat people right I mean I may not be from the high class like everybody else think are but I’m paying for something not asking for free and this black lady us a straight racist and hater I could tell she doesn’t like Mexicans but I’m not Mexicans but still hope put somebody else and get this lady out of there please fire this lady she should not be working right there I had heard about before of how she treats people if you reading this you know your a ps o s lady
One of the employees with Red Hair was very rude and lack customer services. I am never coming here again.
Every time I come in and the Lady that is always taking the orders is so Rude. She didn't want to give me her name but she is the only African American older lady there. I have complained about her several times and when I ask to speak to the Manager she is never around. I am not just going to leave a bad review but will also go to the DM and RM and Corporate office too. She still went ahead and told me she is rude because I am rude. I came back in and spoke to Erik who went ahead and canceled the order.
The staff are always friendly and smiling ? ? this is my go to place when im around the area

Just left the drive-through and I was specific with my order it’s a keto drink and I mentioned to the person taking my order what I want on them , when I get to the window my drinks are not how I wanted them and when I told the order taker she say that I didn’t requested those and when I told her that I did she got her attitude at me and her name is Andrea and she said that I didn’t request of those items on my drinks and I said yes I did if I had a picture of her I would post it but I didn’t take it I just don’t understand why they have people with attitudes in the drive Throughs and try to correct the customer when she didn’t pay attention to what I was ordering . Also just open my cake pop and she smashed it ! It’s really disrespectful what she did . I will post this so you could see what she gave me .
I've been going there for years and lately they give me a less coffee in venti cup. I'm done with this store. Totally waste of money.
Waited an entire hour in their drive through. Never going there again. The line wasn't even long.
I usually go when I put my orders online. Most of the time, my order is ready when I get there. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
