The Customer Service was great but this location is really dirty. Second time going to that location always dirty like they never clean up ?
What a mess!!! very dirty where your drinks are being prepared and my drink had to be made over because the syrup that was paid for wasn’t added! I’m not coming here anymore! Not because myDrink was made over but because of the environment they are preparing the drinks in! Cleanliness is essential even if it’s just drinks and sandwiches! Erika was pleasant though!
DO NOT MAKE A MOBILE ORDER HERE!! Their lobby is closed and you have to make a line on the drive tru just to pick up your order. It’s a waste of time!! The APP should notice this to clients before placing a mobile order.
Never coming here again. No matter how convenient it is. They ran out of espresso. Yes a coffee shop doesn’t have espresso. After waiting in line for 20+ minutes their is a handwritten sign on the display. Who’s running this place? Not only do your employees not make quality drinks , you also don’t carry any drinks. The community deserves better than this service establishment.

in the middle of a hospital, city hall, 2 schools and a plaza. WOW the staff here has a lot to handle and does their best to get their drinks out. I appreciate them and their speedy service. I can understand why it takes a few minutes to get drinks out left and right. ??
The coffee was momentous, possible the best I had around here, for each situation new and delightful, served at a reasonable expense with the best inclination.
They need more staff . Although maybe a different set up so they can have more space to walk back and forth but they defenitly need more staff in the mornings.
