Ordered 2 family meals (drive thru)They told me to park in the front.Waited close to 15 minutes to receive my food.Got home, and my order was messed up. Missing all 10 of my biscuits. Got fries instead of mash potato, didn't get the spoons I asked for.I called like 6 times, (no answer)Had to drive back to fix my order.
Horrible service and food this is the third time in a row I got these burnt up dry tenders they look so sad
Food is delicious, however they are always out of stock on something or they don't give you your correct order.
The staff made the meal so much better, comma offer suggestions thanks for my dietary needs. I was still able to get the good old fashioned cooking for the Rest of my party . Kudos to management for the good hires
Whoever is cooking the chicken here needs to be fired. Twice my chicken was gross af. The coating thick and falling off. Mt strips were old hard and inedible. Even the sides are nasty. I reported to corporate and got no response
1st time at this new location. Polite and courteous staff. Food was good. Better than my last 2 experiences at 2 different locations.This new location will most likely be my favorite!
All things considered the prices are a little high, but what isn't lately. But find some coupons and you'll be winning. Food is really good, service isn't bad either, and they're way faster at getting your food to you than Churches right down the street. Open later too.

All Imma say is .... If you go through the drive thru.... Check your food before pulling off and make sure you get a receipt. The chicken is good red beans and rice it was more rice and little beans, coleslaw was ok and mash and gravy on point.
Ordered a family meal with a side of red beans and rice & mash potatoes and gravy—I received plain rice with not beans and mash potatoes with like a drop of gravy. the biscuits were cold. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened either, unfortunately.
