Ordered over the phone and total was $29 with some change.Send my husband to pick it up and he comes back with 1 pizza….Had to go back only for the other (nice boy) worker to apologize for the girl worker who fails to give the promotion correctly over the phone and when she rung him up he neglected to confirm the order before payment.The boy made it right but that girls stairs for her mess up was not necessary.Own up to your mistakes young lady. Also, I was charged separately so one was $15 and some change and the other item was $16 and some change. It came out to more then what the girl relayed over the phone….
It was a good experience, wait wasn't too long and the pizza was amazing! If you're looking for good pizza and not a long wait time. This is the place to go.
Don’t order delivery! I placed a order for 2 pizzas, got a call that they were out of pan personalized pizza that it will get substituted. I called an hour later to see where my pizza was and a lady answered and said that my order was ready but that they were waiting on a driver. I called 40 minutes later and the “manager” Jason said that they had cancelled my order. How is it that one person saw my order and was waiting on a driver and all of sudden it was just “cancelled”?
Bad customer service Friday Dec 31, 2021 6:30pm. I went in with a cupon for a free large pizza and it said in fine print additional charge if i wanted stuff crust. The manger who was cutting pizza said the deal doesnt come with it. Anyway...staff was rude with all customers before and after me...very short staffed...I wont be coming back anytime soon.
The stuff seemed like it didn't have inufe cheese inside and unfortunately it was less sauce on the pizza than usual hopefully next oeder is better
Good pizza I like pizza it's good pizza this place got really tastefull pizza and I like good pizza.
I ordered yesterday and indicated that I needed the food be bought over to my car. I was unable to get out of my car after I realized they were not going to bring it out to me. I had to leave because of time constraints and found out today that I was still charged for the order! I have been a regular customer for 7 years but right now I feel that I will never patronize this establishment again.

My pizza arrive cold, with no cheese no pepper roni etc Usually my pizza are excellent from here. So they were not busy because order only took 35 minutes. I wish I could have got a refund back . Very disappointed waste of $30.00
Worst customer service! Employees either always look mad or give you attitude when ordering. For no reason. Usually never review places but this is after always having this experience every time I order. One time the girl at the counter even argued with me about my order not existing after I had just spoke to someone who said it was ready and after I had just paid. She didn’t even apologize after she realized she was wrong for raising her voice and arguing.
