Still waiting for my order. It’s been more than an hour. Don’t think they are that busy on a Tuesday. Called 4 times and no one picks up except when you want to order. Lol Horrible!
The app didn't say how long until the driver is here or that he left the store and is on the way. He doesn't even call to say he's here. Just bangs loudly on the door even after being told to wait. Seriously I had my baby sleeping and now he's awake ?
Horrible service, confusing phone system, they can’t update you on your order status, waited for an order that was sitting on the counter and did not get a courtesy call informing me my order was ready. Could not even reimburse me for the delivery fee which I had to go and pick up instead. Completely unhappy and will never order from papa johns. Definitely needs a lot of improvement or just close. Now I’m stuck with a check for food I did not even get to enjoy.
As I stood there for about 30 seconds without neither the girl at the cook table(Manager in Charge) nor the driver in front of the oven paying attention to my presence. I stated: "Good evening." The girl turned and looked at me(seemingly annoyed) and simply signaled me with her index finger "one minute".She did not care to speak a single word to me. Apparently, she just seemed annoyed being there. I waited as patiently as possible. When she finished making the pizza(painstakingly slow), she finally came to the counter area. By this time, another customer had already entered and was not acknowledged either. She had stood besides me(about 6 to 7 feet away from me) for about one minute. I stated my name and informed it was a paid online order I was picking up. She once again seemed to not want to be there and brought my order to the counter after I stated once again it had been paid online already. She looked it up on the computer anyways(even though I had informed her AND the label-next to my name-had $0.00 on it).But hey, who am I to judge...right!!!She handed me the order after I stated: "Thank you"...to which her reply was: "yeah".I asked for 3 Cheese and 1 Pepper to a reply of: "That's it!".Customer Service takes quite a bit of time to learn for some people, yet to others it comes naturally. In THIS case...it was NEITHER!!!I believe a strong training session as well as several coaching sessions should be in store for this girl. Maybe then, she will at least have an idea of what CUSTOMER SERVICE may be about.The pizza was MAYBE a 1 or 2 out of 10. The 3 Cheese side was a bit "WELL DONE" and the pepperoni side a bit greasy. The crust was quite thin for a hand toss pizza. The 4 TINY pepperoncinis (dry and greenish discolored-NOT yellow) were on TOP of the 3 Cheese side(for my young daughter who does NOT like peppers nor vinegar).Overall, NOT a good experience!!!??????
The last day I went it took an 2 hours and they got one pizza wrong and got my money back but overall the pizza was good
Worst pizza ever very thin pizza I even told cashier if it was thin and she said no.
Like most comments on here they never answer unless its for a new order. Disgusting worthless customer service
100$ for 6 of the world’s smallest pizza. I don’t recommend this at all, to experience for to small pizza.

Would rate this store 0/5 stars!!!!Terrible service, I called the store about 10x to ask about my delivery & the store manager nor the “placed order line” picked up, they kept disregarding all calls unless it was to process a new order. Pizza arrived 30 mins late even after leaving the store, and the pizza was cold.Order Dominos instead, cheaper, tastier & better service.
