I told a blonde older lady there . No coco on my bionico.. no coconut on top 4 times, because I hate it and she put coco on it. So pist when I got home I would have returned it but it was close already. No granola even after i said yes. So pist ..
I went for my first time to this location, on a hot day. Just to be disappointed! I ordered 3 scoops and got what looked to be one. These scoops where small to say the least. I didn't complaint but then when I was charged $5.75 for what looked like one scoop, I paid, and got on this review. Hopefully I can help someone avoid this bad experience. I understand that prices have gone up, but if you are going to charge more don't give less. I have been to other La Michoacana locations, the prices are a bit cheaper, but the portions are much bigger.
Place is horrible. Customer service sucks. Food is too pricey for what you get. I got some large nachos, once I received them they looked small and with little to no cheese. This is a fake store trying to copy the real La michoacana. Will not shop here again

I like this place n I enjoying the customer service but this is the second time I go n their chips are rancid. 1st time time it was the nachos. I ended up throwing them away and thought it was just me. Today I went back n their tostilocos chips were rancid and smelled bad not sure where the funky smell was coming from. I ended up throwing those away but after eating a few.My daughter also got some n their chips were fine. I tried calling them to let them know so they can keep an eye on it or to check their chips and no answer. I left a message letting them know as well. I don’t want my money back I just want them to check their stuff before giving them out. Hopefully I don’t get sick.

You won't be disappointed. Try my favorite cucumber lemonade with chia. This location has plenty of parking space and easy access. Hope you enjoy as much as I have.

Horrible customer service.They gave me a mangoneada de nieve and it was half filled up . It looked like I already had eaten half when I did not . I paid $7 for this . On top of that she said there was no mango nieve and then the other co-worker a minute later comes out with a full tub of it . They literally put like 5 mango pieces in my mangoneada . I usually come here but I won’t highly disappointed in this place .Save your money and go elsewhere . If you like terrible service and being ripped off then come here if not stay away .
Always a Bad service here. The girl with blonde hair was super rude, She was rushing me to order. She was lazy to do my Cookies N Cream and she quickly turns her back once she is done with the order. Horrible customer service, no greeting, no nothing.
