There service is TERRIBLE!!! They charged me $23 for 4 piece meal and 3 piece chicken tenders. I got home and my order was wrong !!!! 1 piece chicken meal. I called and Daisy was rude. She kept insisting that's what I ordered.at the end she offered me to go pick up the meal. SERIOUSLY!!!! I'm about to cancel my charge through my bank.
I am an EMS worker went there b to get something to eat, I asked for bathroom to wash my hands before I get my food, they denied me the use.I just thank them and left, went somewhere else.
Just waited in the drive thru line only to hear them tell us “If we wanted chicken it would take 45 minutes” what else are we going to order at a KFC drive thru?!?!!
I love going there because I love their chicken bowls and I also love their 2 piece meals Actually let me just say this I love all the food Kohl's love macaroni mashed potatoes French fries everything they always have hot fresh food great place to go with the family on a date are you in by yourself

Wow, we just paid $21 for eight pieces of chicken. Are you serious? I understand they need to pay their bills but when half the people in this country are making $15 or less per hour, I just don't see how they're going to stay in business at these prices. Church's chicken is good if you get the spicy and they are a whole lot cheaper.
Placed order online for quicker service...drive thru on arrival was 6 cars waiting to order. Dine in doors locked. So NO carryout is not available. Waited in drive thru drove to first window mark 2 was ingored. Walked to the other window and was told I cut in line. How is that is I ordered pick up? Manager was rude along with other employees.
Very rude drive tru personnel and took forever to take the order till I started speaking for help the second time
