Honestly they need better customer service. I asked a simple question and the cashier Leslie seemed annoyed saying that she couldn’t hear me, well maybe if she would leave her airpods at home instead of talking through them during the shift she would pay more attention. I was told a few months back that the lunar cheesecake would arrive in December so I asked when they would have it since it’s already December and she said she didn’t know and continued talking through her airpods ?
I never post reviews and just end up venting about my negative shopping/store experiences but I had to share this one.I ordered two cakes from this establishment on Wednesday. The staff there was amazing that day and went above and beyond to make sure my son got his cake for his 1st birthday.Picked up the 1st cake yesterday with no problem, eventhough it was really busy, was in and out in no time (did not have to wait in line).I went to pick up the second cake today (I prepaid for both so it was just a matter of finding my cake, and giving it to me) and the female working at the front store told me in a very rude manner to go wait in line.FYI, it is extremely hot out today and there was quite a line of people just wanting ice cream.I spent about $106 on both cakes, which I was ok with until I got this cake, the fathers day one. This cake cost about $40 and you can barely read what this tiny cake says. I placed a water bottle next to it so you can see the size. From today's experience (at about 1:30-2:00 pm) I would say it was not worth it.I left one star so that I could leave a review but I really wanted to leave -5 ? s.Baskin Robbins, you have just lost a loyal customer and hope you can re-train your staff in customer service, especially that rude young lady I had to deal with.I understand protocols are in place due to COVID but her attitude was completely unnecessary.

I went to get a Sundae googled location and hours it said the place closed at 10pm. I get there right now and it's closed. I am pretty sure your supposed to stay open during the hours you have set forth for business hours of operation. Very disappointed.

Love the Cappuccino blast most days I'd rather have one than a Starbucks drink. ;)
Great icecream really friendly staff, need more parking Lighting but it's not their fault is the shopping centers fault.
