Food and atmosphere was great!Had outdoor seating as well.If you're from NJ/NY as I am, be descriptive in ordering. If you want bacon, ask for it. In California, everything is turkey bacon and substitute vegan stuff not like what we're used too.
Food was good (but seems a little overpriced). However, the clarity on some of the menu items needs to be revisited as the 'Griddle Combo' includes apparently a choice of either pancakes, french toast, or waffles rather than 2 slices of pancakes and then a choice of 2 slices of french toast or 2 waffles. I only found out after the fact when my food came out. The waitress failed to inform me that when I told her I wanted 2 pancakes and 2 slices of french toast. What came out instead was a full plate of french toast.
Fantastic service! Attentive, genuine, helpful, and never intrusive. I ordered the turkey dinner. Serving size just right (I couldn't finish my plate but there wasn't so much leftover that I felt the need for a box). The seasonal veg on the side was so fresh and perfectly cooked and also perfectly seasoned. I could have made an entire meal out of that. Stuffing was awesome and definitely tasted homemade, solid mashed potatoes, good gravy although it tasted like an instant gravy mix instead of homemade. The turkey was moist, but sliced thin so I felt like I was being served sandwich-sliced deli meat (the kind made with a "solution"). A really good turkey dinner is hard to come by. This turkey dinner is probably one of the top 5 I've ever had. Will absolutely return and recommend this place. The menu is really good, so picking just one thing was hard. They have a canopy over the outdoor dining patio, so even though it was a hot day, it was appropriately shady and comfortable. Not as busy as I expected for a Saturday at noon, easy to find parking in the small lot and no waiting for a table.
Good food and great portions! My only disappointment was that they don't have milkshakes.

Very disappointed to pay $20 for freezer burnt for freezer burnt vandycamps Walmart fish and have to wait 30 minutes for it on top of it.!! Will never return or send people there.
Good diner breakfast food.
Great diner, amazing staff and fantastic food. We had our brunch there and ordered a kids burger, a California Omelette and a Popeye Omelette. The house coffee was great as well. Great Service overall..
Takes the classic name of a diner, but only for looks. As a classic diner, having to purchase canned soda and waiting on your food for half hour to hour isn’t very pleasant, I am not even going to say anything about the food, all I hear is they are out of everything and nothing is working, best Los Gatos has to offer? 4 stars for delicious food and great service. 5th start for waitress noticing our 3 year old being hungry and fuzzing.. then quickly taking the kids order and putting a rush on it. Baby was happy and so was dad and mom ?
