This place is slowly but steadily spiraling down. My observation for last 4 times:1. It takes long for orders to be ready2. They have done something weird with their fries and portions are way smaller and fries have super strong disgusting after-taste of oil. Not sure if they are over using the oil. Burger places cannot get their French fried messed up. Its such a basic thing.3. Vegetarian Burger patty is over cooked/over-fried and it tastes bitter. Super Greasy and it looks like they're using frozen store-bought patty.I really loved this place and recommended it to many people but I think I will stop going to super duper burger.
Our first time at Super Duper Burgers. I'm not a big fan of burgers, but we decided to try it on a whim. Even though the inside is spacious, the table layout was not optimal. We found a spot. Scanned the menu and ordered from the phone. We didn't realize if the food would be brought to our table or we had to pick. Eventually found out that each table has a number associated with the menu you scan from. Our order was ready on the counter with the table # we ordered from. It didn't take long. The food looked good. The only thing was we had ordered two diff types of veggie burgers and it was hard to distinguish which one was with cheese and which one was not..but overall a good place for an all American meal.
[5/5, Los Gatos, CA] A simple double patty burger with cheddar and onions. Garlic fries. Strawberry shake. All solid - will come back. Burger ratings now are Super Duper > In-N-Out > Shake Shack.
Super duper makes very good burgers. I really like them. The quality of the ingredients is very good. The fries are good. They cook to order. I'll go back from time to time.I wish they had pickles that were cut to go on a sandwich. Their burgers are rich and a sharp dill pickle slice or four would improve them. All in all, I prefer in'n'out but these are a good second.The people were friendly and helpful. Their software for ordering is not all that well designed.
The burger and fries were very good. The person who took the orders was friendly. If the line is long, there are little ordering machines near the cashier where you can place your order yourself. Plenty of seats inside. The wait time, for the food, was reasonable.
Customer Service was great. We had 2 mini cheeseburgers. The only problem was the burgers were way under cooked. We end up cooing them more at home. The burgers were tasty. We will try them again.
Never had a tastier burger , my chicken burger was little over fried(burnt) but the meat was tender and fresh. Very clean place and loved the ambience
The burger was pretty good but the fries were too small. I got the garlic fries with the 3 sauces. But you can see from my picture that the average fry is about 1/2 inches long. The burger was pretty good.
Phenomenal burgers, fries and shakes. We also had great egg sandwiche, it was amazing. My 4 year old devoured his mini burger, that's how good the food is.Other observations: clean restaurant, great service and well run restaurant.
Great food. Had both burgers and chicken sandwiches here. Made to order and fresh. Curbside service here would be nice if people honored the parking system. (Dine-in customers parking in curbside spots)
