I am a Starbucks partner myself and let me just say I had to ask for my drink to be re made after I ordered a grande and was given a tall the man just poured it in a grande right in front of me along with my other drink not being made correctly again I didn’t even want to go back inside, the customer service was not it at all unfortunately
Starbucks killed reserve drinks. Please bring them back.. Staff is very helpful and nice
Every time I come to this location, my drinks are just not made well. I checked 5 of the other locations around me first and they were either closed or out of this drink, so I begrudgingly went to this one, hoping they'd gotten it together. I ordered a Stawberry Acai refresher, which turned out as basically a big glass of water with a tinge of strawberry flavor. So disappointed.
Excellent location.Wheel chair access +Wide range of freshly brewed coffee.Tastes so good .I loved my favorite double espresso shot ?Good range of pastries,Justifies it’s name “Reserve”.Bright spacious interior.Aroma of coffee floats around to make us feel spurred up.Baristas are very pleasant mannered & take orders with a ?ASAP orders are served courteously with a smile & warm wishes ?If you feel like sitting in the warm sunshine outdoors; yes that will be a welcome idea too ?Just relax sipping your coffee if you are a connoisseur of coffee.So far I was thinking that Starbucks “ Roastery “ in Pike street,Seattle was the best place ?Starbucks Blossom Hill ,Los Gatos has made me rethink my conclusion ☝️Good job guys ?

Starbucks killed the Reserve drinks and you can no longer purchase them at this location. This place should no longer be called Starbucks Reserve. On top of that we came there and they were out of the ability to get a regular Mocha, all completely sold out. Starbucks needs to bring back the Reserve brewing to this location.The staff has always been super helpful and kind at this location.
This is my go to Starbucks shop. This location is closest to my house. Nice store and has Reserve products as well! Recommend a visit!
This place has a lot of variety of coffee which can't be found at a regular Starbucks.
Branded as Starbucks Reserve but service was not on par with the brand. It feels like a regular starbucks. It is located in the high end neighborhood at Los Gatos, where Rolls Royce and Bentley show room on the side. Cons: slow service.....
Starbucks reserve has great coffee especially espresso and pour over coffee. My favorite is the doppio macchiato, which has two espresso shots and a dollop of foam.The los gatos location has friendly staff, great seating and plenty of parking. Love it.
