Nice spot with lots of space to work if needed. Would also work for a coffee meeting. Two big rooms and enough space not to be jammed next to someone else / another table. Nice coffee and baked goods too - order coffee in one room and pastries / food in the other.I didn’t test/ use the WIFI.
The coffee is ok (3.5 out of 5 I'd say). The crêpes are back (after the COVID), which is great. Give it a try, the crêpes are great there.I like the old style interior - gives it some character.
I have been living in California for 18 years, with my husband on weekends we go to different areas and Los Gatos is one of my favorites. We had lunch and stayed for coffee in this cafeteria: It has two rooms connected by two arches with many tables, lots of wood and art deco decoration. A wide variety of coffees and teas, I recommend Cafe Borgia: espresso & hot chocolate topped w/orange zest & nutmeg. They also have salads, chabata panini, croissants, scones, muffins, bagels, quiches, bottled beer, cider and fine wines. On the street there are also small tables (European style) and a large one (for 6/8 people) with an umbrella. The staff is very friendly and professional.I highly recommend this place for a pause with a good coffee. Expect a Five start everything.
Friendly staff. Like the old-English-pub vibe of the interior. The cake wasn't as moist as expected. But the coffee was good.
Horrible horrible food, one star is for the coffee.ordered green chili wrap and it was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. Wrap was soft mushy it’s like it hasn’t been prepared properly. Lemon tart was bitter. Service is chaotic and not friendly. And it’s only 12pm Saturday. The atmosphere is nice, but honestly I feel discomfort after what I ate and will most likely avoid this place.
Love this place. Been coming here consistently for nearly 30 years! In addition to the awesome coffee and treats, it’s the best hidden gem intimate live music venue in the South Bay!
Fantastic little Shop. I visited for the first time over this past weekend. There's a wide selection of coffee, tea and other beverages along with a snack. The vibes were really relaxing and enjoyable. The decor here is my favorite part but they have tasty lattes here. Prices are very fair, quick service with friendly staff. They have outdoor dining as well which is great on sunny days. Overall great experience and looking forward to returning back to try other items on the menu.
One of your baristas is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. This location is convenient to me however over a few visits I have observed concerning behaviors from one of the employees. Few days back she kept demanding an elderly to use walker (which is none of her business) another time I observed her badmouthing another client. Her overall behavior makes me very uncomfortable coming in here. She tends to get upset easily and will begin to slam cash drawer to make sure that customers know she's annoyed. All of this is just beyond unprofessional and unwelcoming to all of us. Trashing the vibe of what otherwise could be a very pleasant place.
Only got their apple tart which was super yummy after a 3.85 miles hike. Wasn't sure hard or super soft crusted. Apples were sweet at the right amount.Environment was very cozy. Super clean and friendly customer service. They also have live band performances at given dates.
I love the coffee here. This time got a caramel latte and some scones. It was unfortunate that they were out of biscottis. Really nice friendly people and awesome service. They have changed a little bit of the interior design from last time.
