Burger was good and fresh. French fries were hot but way overcooked due to a mixup... soda had no carbonation... Flat soda. Yuck. No customer service to fix any of these problems.Didn't like attitude of " yes, we got it" and nothing was done.

Horrible Horrible customer service! Need a quick bite on the go. The customer service...I asked what I ordered bc the total amount didn't add up. She kept complaining in spanish, yes I understood everything as if I didn't. Not expecting a 5 star customer service for fast food but really, just answer the question. I cancelled orderand left. Will never visit there again.
Went thru drive through. First time at this location had such a great experience. Went a week ago February 27th early in the morning. The guy taking my order was fast efficent and polite. Everything was correct and on point and hot and delicious

We normally just do the drive-thru but never done it today and it was super easy and efficient.
I come here regularly and lately it has become very bad service. They charge for extra sauce and every single time forget to give the requested amount and type of sauce. They now have all their prices marked up, some even 33% higher than other locations. The sodas are very watered down. They often give me stail fries and the ones that aren't stail are small burnt ones.
This place is very accessable and clean.
