I went to Glazier over the weekend with a couple of friends and the staff were so friendly! We tried the Cookies and Cream ice cream and a Kiwi Strawberry ice cream, and we all really liked our selections (including our cat, who had a small taste!) Watching the staff prepare the ice cream was really fun, too! Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a treat in Los Gatos, especially if you are looking for something different and fun! I can't wait to stop by again soon and try the bubble waffles or boba!
Shared a non-dairy Purple Rain with my boyfriend and it was DELICIOUS! Blueberry, lavender and honey, how can you go wrong? We subbed blackberries for graham crackers as toppings and it was perfect! Thank you all so so much!
This was my first rolled ice cream experience. I was a little confused on the menu, it didn’t seem super clear on how to order, but the mint raspberry rolls caught my attention. I choose not to do any toppings and it came out just rolls of ice cream they looked nice. My friend ordered the Matcha rolls and had boba and strawberries added and it came out like a work of art. My ice cream was perfect! Great flavor and if you just let it melt slightly, it’s so easy to get it right on your spoon. When I come back, I’m adding toppings, it’s a total work of art with toppings!
I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Best service ever for parties. They create your own flavors upon request and they taste amazing; the staff is great and Ari is such a nice person, he makes sure they meet your needs and that your guest have a delicious experience. Best thing, they are really conscious about the environment and try to make the least (or zero) waste possible.
Loved the banana split with pineapple added. Fun to watch the ice cream rolls being made and delicious fun! Recommend everyone try it. The staff was friendly and helpful since it was my first time. Looking forward to trying different flavors on future visits. Worth the trip.
Their ice cream is super creamy and delicious. The mocha madness rolled ice cream is my favorite flavor. They serve boba as well and I would recommend their tea passion! Also, their staff is super nice and welcoming. I love the colorful interior of the place.
I want to love this place but a flimsy plastic spoon while scooping flaky rolled ice cream was a comedic, messy and miserable experience. My spoon kept on flicking my ice cream scoops all over the place like an unmanned medieval catapult. A rolled flaky ice cream may present well but its overall texture resembles ice cream that has melted, refrozen, thawed and frozen again. Not good. Nothing exciting. That's probably why they are offering boba tea as part of their menu. Rolled ice cream is just a fad that might trend but it doesn't impress me. If you want another star rating, get better spoons.

I really appreciated the hospitality, ya girl Anastasia gave that 101% and did beautiful ice cream rolls, dranks, and waffles.Y’all ever see a giant tub of Nutella? I need to cop myself one haha, that’s crazyyy. Nutella and icecream for sure go Ham. Los Gatos for sure is a beautiful place. Definitely vibing and need to come back to Lg to see what’s up.My favorite of all the items was the rolled icecream, the pineapple, blackberry, and strawberry was on point.Come support your local business, definitely a fun place to taste. Went here after a bad day, cheered me right up. i got Chocolate Craze, AMAZING!!! Great for dark chocolate lovers! Kind Staff and Amazing interior Design. Would 100% Recommend to anyone wanting Ice cream on a hot day!
When I visited with my grandmother they treated us so well. Nikita asked if I needed help because my grandmother has a tough time walking. She was so kind to me and I had a great conversation with her. Mandy was also extremely helpful. She helped us pick the best flavors for our boba. I will come here every time I am with my grandmother.
