Overall the portions sizes are great and the ambiance is very cute and fresh. Only reason why it doesnt take a 5 star is because their smoothies have a heavy fake fruit syrup taste
I keep coming back for the yummy food and quirky vibes. Seafood fried rice is A+
Loved the environment of this place. But it took almost a whole hour for us to get our food. & then we had to wait another 30 minutes for an order that the waiter never got or put in. And when he did put it in, we waited another 30 minutes. Waiters never came to check up on us either. They would peek in the back little house we were sat in but never come to our table unless we pressed the button. Even when pressing the button, they never came. Had to press it twice with about 10 minutes in between each press for them to actually come. And when it was time to leave, took about 30 minutes for us to get our check. This place needs to either hire more people or not overwhelm their staff. The food was good. Kimchi pasta was really good & the one in the picture too . Would come here again just to chill & chat.
Come for the vibes not the food. This place has nice insta vibes on a sunny day.lovely cute decor. Tree house feel.Tiny parking lot valet. Or street parking. Always a struggle in ktown.Expensive food that wasn't that good tbh.Tried the udon basic.Pork cutlet comes w veggie mushrom sauce, rice and cabbage salad. Sauce was underwhelming. Its ok but damn 19 dollars?Pasta dishes interesting. Get the combos for 25 and share w a friend.Service was good. Although someone in my group got the wrong order. There is a button to call servers which is helpful. They were attentive and friendly. One bathroom near the inside courtyard. Well stocked but a bit damp inside.Overall. Come for coffee and hangout here for good atmosphere! but i would get food somewhere else.
So, we made reservations for my niece’s 18th birthday. Upon arrival we were told everyone everyone had to show proof of vaccination or no service… I’m sick and tired of not being free in this country! I will never go back to the yellow house cafe and if they end up closing down, it will be their own fault for turning people away!
One of my old-time favorite places to come! I've been coming here for so many years, and it's a great cafe to just get away from the city and have excellent food. Thank you for having such an amazing restaurant and cafe
I used to order from them all the time from postmates. So when they stopped bringing available on the app I started ordering and picking up myself. It’s a nightmare. I’ve done it twice I’m never doing it again. Do not take into consideration that when people order for pickup they need to be able to park or they need to order curbside pickups. They have valet that plays Tetris with the cars so you have to fight with them to get them to let you park. There’s never any street parking and security for the big, mostly empty, lot next door threatens to have your car towed so you can’t park there either. What made the last order even more annoying. My usual favorite item that I order each time wasn’t even as good as it usually is. They messed up the spam musubi!! It was dry and flavorless. Sucks to say it, but I’m never ordering or going here again. The host is always nice though lol
Delicious food, lovely decor, and friendly staff. I love labyrinth of flower garden for their outdoor dining space, especially at night. The food tastes fresh and they're generous with their portion size. Valet parking costs $3 (valet staff is kind and helpful). I felt very welcome and I genuinely enjoyed my time here! A must visit if you're in LA/K-town area.
First and foremost, Yellow House is a great study café. The reason why their food and drinks are pricier compared to other cafes is because you can stay for hours on hours to get your work done. The WIFI is decent and the ambiance is very comfy/homey.I've only been here a few times, but I always end up getting their sweet potato latte. It's definitely a unique drink, but no one else makes it as well as Yellow House does. Their waffles and bingsoos are also great dessert options. The only downside is their parking. They have valet, but street parking can be very difficult to find depending on the time of the day, and there have been several occasions where I've gone to a different café due to the lack of parking.
If you like kdrama. This is a good restaurant to chill at. Kdrama style.
