I’m town to see Moulin Rouge! for my Daughter’s birthday. Wood & Vine is always our favorite go to restaurant before a show.

Everything was great - food, drinks, & service!!!! Wally is the best!

Met my SIL before going to see “Moulin Rouge” across the street at the Pantages. Had reserved a table on the patio, which was perfect. We got there at 6:30 and had plenty of time for a leisurely dinner & drinks. Our server (Angel?) was very friendly & attentive. We ordered drinks (a nice light Sauvignon Blanc for me and a delicious vodka/cucumber drink for her) then ordered the food. We had to get the Brussels sprouts…you smell them as soon as you walk in the door and it’s hard to,not order them if you like them! They tasted just as good as they smelled..crispy and savory on the outside, with the centers creamy. Then we shared the chicken & waffles, and the tuna tartare. The tuna was good, but not great. The roasted squash on the waffles was amazing, they should serve that as a side! Enjoyed the chicken, even though I was hoping for more typical fried chicken and the savory waffles were very good. Good bites could be made. Definitely a solid pre-theatre choice.

Our server Rachel B was amazing! We were celebrating a birthday and it couldn’t have been more special. The menu is small but mighty! Everything was delicious and a really fun atmosphere right across the street from the Pantages, where we were seeing a show. We will be back!

We chose this restaurant because it is across the street from the Pantages theatre. We were seated at the really nice rear patio. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. We started with the hot spinach dip which lacked flavor. We also selected the braised short ribs which were too salty to eat, we mentioned it to the waiter and he suggested we switch to the chicken and waffles. They were fine, but again the flavor was bland, especially the fried chicken. The waitstaff and bus-people need more training. When asked for a lemon for a cocktail the waiter returned carrying in his hand a lemon wedge and peel. When asked which we wanted we said "we prefer one that you didn't carry over in your bare hands. He returned carrying a fresh lemon on a skewer. Location and ambience is great, food and service needs improvement.

Lovely birthday dinner before going to a show at the Pantages. Service and food were impeccable. Thanks for a great evening!

Enjoyed our dinner but it was so noisy . We asked our server if speaker could be turned down which she did as it was right above us and blasting out loud music. But overall noise of the area was unpleasant to us. Otherwise our dinner was great.

We had a party of 10 and they offered us a large table in the patio with a fire pit in the center. We had birthday cakes and they provided candles and brought the cakes to the table at the end of the meal. Service was prompt and they got us out with plenty of time to make the show across the street at the Pantages.
