The cashiers offer great customer service no matter what time of the day it is. And as most of you know Winchell's is not just doughnuts any more (bagels tortas etc etc etc).
Very slow customer service, everyone is busy singing in the back playing loud music. If you have a lot of time to kill then go here. They take too long and don't even get your order right. Just a bad overall team working here.
i went to order my food this morning to start off with i ask the lady i want to make my sandwhich a combo. she looks up at me like there is nothing that can be done, when literally its their job to ask the customer if they would like to make it a combo. Then i waited 30 mintues for 2 sanwhiches expecting my combo to be correct i walk out just to noticce they didnt hand me my coffee. they were all scrambling and no one looked in charge having everyone at their desired stations. pist off that i had to go back inside the store i didnt notice, until i got to work that the bag literally only had the 2 sandwhiches no chips no donut and now they dont even answer the phone. Ridiculous how things are being ran here. I'm never going back!!!!!
They have lots of goodies, always freshBut the ladies could use some costumer service training and learn how to smile a little bit, starting with the manager ! ( mornings)C'mon..... just went today and it sucks that after waiting 17 minutes gor an extreme melt they gave me the wrong one , so they just said: " so... you want this one or wanna wait until we make the other one " ?And once again the one making the orders was the manager (morning) ?
Donuts are so-so. Coffee watered down.How can a chocolate long John or devil's food donut taste so bland?
Excellent sandwiches (bagles) and tortas. And the service was really great!
You will need proof of vaccination when eating there.

Customer service is terrible and specially from Supervisor. They need to improve their customer service.
