The food combination is quite unique great waffles fruity pebble all the great cereals you love on waffles and pancakes chicken sausage, pork sausage, beef bacon just be patient with your Order. Jerk Friday Is my next visit Looking forward to it.
We flew into town on an early flight and we came for breakfast. Our group of four all tried a different menu item. I had the cereal French toast with peanut butter cereal. It was awesome!!! I'm not a cereal eater, but I was interested in the uniqueness of the menu item. I loved the crunch of the cereal infused into the cooked toast, and I was very happy with my choice. The eggs, potatoes, and Turkey bacon were perfectly cooked and seasoned. As a whole, we all enjoyed our meals and we look forward to coming again!
Only ordered two plates of rice: Rice and Peas and White Rice for the coconut veggie soup I made this week and it was splendid. The rice was the perfect side dish with my soup and my favorite was of course the authentic rice and peas :))
This place is no frills, relaxed, and focused on the food - which is delicious. Ordered the spicy jerk chicken with rice, beans, and cabbage to-go - I got a small ($18) and felt the portion was more than enough. Liked the char and seasoning on the chicken, and loved how the heat built up was flavorful and not just spicy for the sake of being spicy. The cabbage had nice acidity to cut through the spice. Can’t wait to go back and try the goat curry.My partner got a beef patty which was flaky and good as a snack but the main entrees are where it’s at!!FYI at the time I went, their credit card machine was down so had to pay with cash! Just call ahead and be prepared.
The customer service is good. I'm of Jamaican decent and grew up in NY. The oxtail didn't wow me at all. Definitely should taste better at it's price point. The rice and peas was dry and needed more coconut milk and seasoning. The jerk chicken was actually tasty but too expensive $14 for a quarter of a chicken. Hopefully they improve the quality of the food.
My food was disgusting. Chicken was super dry and distasteful eggs were over cooked and it’s like how do you mess up on scrambled eggs? Potatoes were dry. I am very disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again.

I have been eating here for a while and never have I had this experience. I requested brown gravy, and receive something different. Curry chicken okay. No plantain. Needs some inspiration. #TEAMSMILEY
I was craving stew peas and heard good things about this place. The food was ok. Hence the 3 stars..I would give it another try just to see if another entree would be better but the overall demeanor of the staff was off putting.I asked about something on their website and staff member let me know the website hasn't been updated in years so disregard. In addition to that when I went to play she said cash only, so I had to go find my ba k atm and return. Another thing that could have been highlighted on the website if it was updated. One thing I hate is when you intentionally patronize a black owned business and the business part is lacking. Considering the food was just ok and the overall experience, I don't think I'd return.
