Shoutout to the girl working 11am on Saturday, took care of our complicated order in a rough circumstance. Great customer service, I asked for her name and I believe she said Itzy. (really sorry if I butchered that)
I was charged for two large drinks, although refunds were not allowed apparently, I’m not going to lie, I was a bit frustrated but since I’ve worked in a food place before I understood and he was a new worker. Very understandable but needs to be fixed and needs supervision.

Bad service i was standing ther for 15 min and no one came to the register when i finally asked are you open it took another 10min to take my order when i was going to pay the girl taking care of my order sed she had no change she did not bother to say sorry i have no change nor let me see if i can get change she just sed i have no change and that's it. Bad service bad attitude i will not be coming back again.
