You'd think by reading this negative comments, they'd change their attitude. They tell you the cake will be ready at a certain time, we get there a little after the time just so they can tell us the cake is not ready. They are Not apologetic or offer at least a discount or a free cookie. I paid full price ahead of time with was not cheap.Next time I'll just go to Ralph's....
They spelled my name wrong on the cake, as well as the wrong decorations even though it had the correct spelling and decor on the receipt.They fixed the name but since they had to scrape it off it wasn’t as neat. Pretty disappointed considering we paid $120 and it was for a big day :(
Cute bakery with very pleasant and helpful employees. They did an amazing job with my sons 1st birthday cake and cupcakes . Thank you to all the staff ?
I've been coming to westchester bakery for 2-3 years. I have always had pleasant experiences here when ordering custom made orders. They never disappoint me. My most recent order was a cake for 100 ppl, Beauty and the Beast inspired design. Each tier was a different flavor. The cake not only looked good but also was delicious ? the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Westchester Bakery!
Westchester Bakery provided excellent customer service in processing my order for custom branded printed cookies. Amanda assisted me throughout the ordering process and she was very patient and friendly. My company required the bakery to fill out several forms on a tight deadline, and Amanda helped get all the forms signed, and was communicative throughout the process by emailing and texting me updates. The cookies turned out great. I recommend Westchester Bakery for their personal touch and customer service.

I will never order again!!! My sister placed an order for a cake and the order was taken by AMANDA and a reference photo was sent and explained thoroughly with AMANDA. Then, my sister goes to pick up the cake and it’s a plain white cake with characters on it and no color whatsoever. My sister was patient and spent almost an hour here negotiating what can be done to resolve THEIR mistake. The cake was quoted $177 and wanted to only give my sister a $10 off on THEIR mistake, my sister declined and they proceeded to have AMANDA go back and forth as a messenger between the manger to negotiate. That is so unprofessional. After negotiating they decided to give my sister $40 store credit for the cake and my sister wouldn’t have to pay the remainder of the cake , and then THEY took back their offer and still insisted that my sister pay $40 remaining balance for the cake instead of a $40 store credit. They did however offer to fix the cake but with only a $10 off discount, and they had the audacity to ask if my sister needed the cake by today. This is ridiculous and I am truly appalled. I will never give my money or time to a greedy unprofessional business ever AGAIN. I do not recommend, so sad that I used to order my cakes here all the time.
Worst bakery EVER!!!! Prices all over the pace, one employee tells you one price and it changes the next day. Outrageous estimates that make no mathematical sense! Rude customer service, don’t waste your time!!!!!!!!!
Stopped in to get some goodies, among them, eclair, pecan bar, carrot cake slice. Carrot cake was over cooked and dry, pecan bar wasn't good nor bad. the cake and bar both left a strange aftertaste in my mouth. Overall, nothing special, just a little better than a supermarket bakery. Maybe their forte is wedding cakes.
Always has what we need for parties or work events. They can make any cake.
