Busy spot!Pros: Good burritos, quality ingredients. Cons: Portion could be bigger when paying extra for gluten free burritos. There was confusion on the sauces and it was hard to tell what was vegan and what was vegetarian. They labeled it wierd. On pick up the checkout girl told me sauces are extra, after she handed out red and green sauces to three customers before me that didn’t order it, turns out there was an aioli sauce in my bag but I didn’t ask for this one?The Red sauce/hot sauce should not be charged for to be fair to customers. It’s $2.25 for gluten free tortilla which is up there in $$.I would return and recommend this spot again.
It is a good burrito hands-down, may be a tad bit oily. However, the burrito seems to keep getting smaller every time I come here. I’ve been coming here for a few years now maybe a few times a year and the burrito was literally a third of the size it was the first time I had it. Oh and by the way the prices nearly doubled In that time.
The food is absolutely amazing and so filling. As long as the quality of the food remains the same, I'll keep going back. My favorite part about the burrito is how crispy the tots are. I would highly recommend trying Wake & Late.
This is my 4th day in a row having the vegetarian breakfast burrito. It's like crack. The carmelized onions and tator tots are genius. The burrito has so much flavor and really takes your taste buds on a journey. And the sauces are on point, particularly the green one. I've ordered extra and used it for sandwiches and dips. So so good.
THIS IS THE BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO NOT ONLY IN LA, BUT THAT I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The Bacon burrito for the win. I’ve been going here for a couple years but am currently eating a leftover one i heated up at my house and it’s still incredible. The next best breakfast item available is the spam breakfast tasty at David Chang’s Moon Palace in Vegas (see my other review).
I’m giving two stars because I order a steak burrito from here after seeing the good reviews. Well when I got my food i noticed the burrito was fairly small for $13 they are smaller than the $8-$10 ones on taco trucks. I go ahead and start eating and the burrito is very good but I’m not tasting or seeing any meat by this time I’m half way done so I decided to open it and just what I thought very very little to no steak is in my steak burrito smh it’s not like they mixed up the order because I did notice a couple literally 2-3 very small cut pieces of steak which means they purposely didn’t put the meat in and I’m disappointed if it weren’t for that I would give them 5 stars.
Burrito was so tasty, and the chipotle aioli was an amazing addition — but I can’t say the same about the iced dirty chai latte. It was bland, and I didn’t feel any effect from caffeine after, making me question how much caffeine was actually in the iced latte. The burrito was SO good though, so I can’t complain too much.
Found while driving through downtown: simply amazing. It was a HEFTY burrito with perfect texture profile. You could tell they use quality ingredients. The Tebs sauce was a great combo of tangy and savory. The service was personable, but quick!
Breakfast burritos for day's... Very good..
It’s a good burrito, on the small side but the chorizo is stellar and the hash browns are crispy well after pick up. No seats only take out. They have fresh squeezed orange juice and iced coffee
