They changed location it's a little hard to find but it's totally worth the trouble. I've ordered birthday cakes, coffee cakes and other desserts from them and never have been disappointed. I really like their sachertortes.
This is literally my favorite bakery! My whole family (I have a big one) and I get cake from here for every celebration, no exceptions! I have been meaning to post this for a while but I just never know where to start....I will start with customer service: you will always be greated and assisted by a friendly member of the Vienna family. There was a little amount of time the original location closed, to relocate, I thought they closed down for good and I was soo devastated! So ofcourse I left a voicemail expressing how sad this made me (I was not expectingto be contacted) and I thankfully got a message letting me know they are just moving locations and i would be notified of the new address once settled....lo and behold I did get the a followup with the new address! Like I said before this bakery has been a big part of my family and they certainly make you feel like their family. Now the goodies! Everything is always fresh and made with love. Although i love all of the things i have had, the chocolate fudge cake is my favorite! Give it a try, thank me later ?

Had the fortune of stumbling upon this gem while looking for some early morning coffee. It is set off the street inside a commercial building, so a little hard to find, but very worth going in to get to it. It is a functional and welcoming little space! The latte was great, the pastry we got was flakey and filled with delicious cream and jam. You can see them making the beautiful pastries right there and there is a wide selection. I wish I could try them all! Will definitely come back if I’m in the area again!
My daughter introduced us to Vienna Bakery Feb 3rd 2022, she placed a fruit tart order from the East Coast, it was the best fruit tart I ever tasted.I was going to an event in Bel Air and I needed a bakery to deliver a customized cake. Lisa was a great communicator and wonderful customer service, I felt that I knew her for years. I have e-mailed her the writing and the design needed for this event, very thoughtful of her she e-mailed back a picture of the final results of chocolate mousse cake. The cake was delivered on time to the exact location, the cake was beautiful, delicious and everyone asked where I have ordered it from. I will definitely be a repeat customer soon, as my husband BD is on the 25th. Lisa went above and beyond and I highly recommend Vienna pastries!
Best bakery in LA! I so love this place. Sad they have now a really bad location. Miss the old days when they were at Wishire and Euclid. We were last Monday at the store at 3:30 pm. The store was closed but google local was giving different times. We left a message for them with the security guard and left very quick. Still, we were charged $3 by the parking automat and paid because since the store was closed there was no validation.

Needed a bakery to deliver a cake to someone in LA , I placed the order from Africa and it was a very easy process. Cake was delivered at the exact location, on the agreed date and time. Thank you vienna pastries. I appreciate.
I searched high and low to find a bakery that could make a traditional Linzer Torte for my friend's 90th birthday. The people at Vienna were lovely and promised they could do it. And, that their recipe was very old. My friend, who is wonderful, but very particular... absolutely loved it and said it was very authentic! No picture because he ate all of it!
I had the pleasure of working with Lisa to create a specialized birthday cake for my daughter. I thought the process would be a little difficult because I am all the way on the East Coast but it ended up being so easy because Lisa was stellar in her communication and customer service. I must’ve called her and emailed her 20 times (not exaggerating) and, in every instance, Lisa quickly and thoroughly answered my questions with patience and assurance. The cake was beautiful (and delicious!!) and completed on time, delivered on time and I even got pictures before it went out. I am so happy with Vienna Pastry and could totally sense Lisa was really glad to be a part of the birthday! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Lisa went above and beyond and I highly recommend this bakery!
