We were visiting from UK and we were happy to discover this restaurant as it was very yummy and the meat quality was good. The only thing that me and my husband had to say about the food is that it was way too oily. Even the bread was oily. I think it would be perfect maybe with another type of bread or finding a way to decrease the ingredients that release oil like this. Apart from that it’s a world class burger good job guys ?
Burger taste is so good but the service is really bad because of the order mistakes and didn’t get exactly what I want. I recommend to have a pick order

Food and customer service are horrible.& Don't use it's restroom, The toilet is a mess & it's meter parking, rush hours become challenging to find a spot.
Huge fan of burgers and this one was just not it. I got the truffle burger and it was just soaked with their sauce. Nothing seemed seasoned. Mine mentioned the pickles but no pickles in my burger at all. Pictures look good but food wasn't tasting the same.

My first time here. Unfortunately I can’t give a higher rating because the dining area is dirty with food remnants on the tables, chairs and floor. The enter door and the restroom are dirty. While the staff was friendly and helpful there were not attentive. I had the mushroom burger. It was delicious (watch out for the pickles, not listed on the menu) but excessively messy. You’ll need a knife and fork if you don’t want to mess your hands, face, table, lap… The fries are average but the sauce was excellent. Now to the best part of the meal. I had the Oreo Blast shake with chocolate ice cream. So good. Would I return, yes. The burger and shake are worth it.

You just can't go wrong with Urban Skillet! The burgers are amazing! I think too often in a large city hidden gems like this go missed and Urban Skillet is definitely the best burger place in San Jose. Kirks is a great place to get with a friend, grab a big juicy Urban Skillet burger, a lemonade, sit outside and enjoy the day!
