Mark helped get our older buy the perfect shoes! Unlike other shoe stores that lack service for kids (although he ended up needing men's size shoes!). Also we like using the fancy computer scanner and readout. One of his feet is a complete size smaller than the other one!

Unique Japanese style. Very modern concepts in fabrics and design. Very reasonable prices. Helpful staff!

poor customer service. i was at the register getting ready to pay and cashier told me that they're out of bags other than $4 tote bags, i said i wasn't going to pay for something that i wasn't going to purchase in the first place, so i asked if they could get any other bag or go to a store next door and ask them, but the response was "we can't do anything about it." so i didn't buy anything and left. i was going to purchase 8 items, but they decided to lose the customer rather than accommodate. the store was empty, maybe 3 people total when i was shopping, staff was there mostly bored. i feel like they could use some sales, but tote bag strategy is not the way.

Nice and quiet. Not a lot of people shopping the hours I go. Quick and excellent service. The team here is pretty helpful. Very clean and fitting rooms are open!

No deals for black Friday, but always good quality and prices regardless. Could use a larger selection of men's pants and jackets.

Great place to shop, love all the selection of clothes here

Love the cool- inviting- feel of this outdoors lunch court, a chill place to eat and look at downtown LA hussel and bustle.

Great selection of clothes and very reasonable prices to expensive.

I love Uniqlo. They have amazing collaborations and I love their Uniqlo U line, but I don’t love this location. Nearly every Uniqlo I’ve been to has had great customer service except for this one. They make you feel like you’re a hinderance…As I am walking up to the second level a one of the Uniqlo workers makes a huge sigh with her back turned to me like I’m annoying her while she’s dusting a mannequin. Another worker is squeezing through my girlfriend without any manners. Look. I used to work in retail. This is just not okay. I’m ok with not being greeted because there are times where it can be busy which is understandable, but frustrations with customers is a huge red flag. Putting this store Fidi/DTLA wasn’t a great idea. Not a great atmosphere.

If you haven't visited this place, you're in for lots of delightful surprises! You've been warned.
