Table was dirty. One employee not in uniform, the ones that were in uniform had dirty uniforms and not clean appearance. Table was dirty and sticky.

The service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress took forever to take our order and bring our food and there were only a few tables throughout the restaurant. She never once checked on us to see if we needed anything. The only thing she came back for was to give us the check.

(TLDR: great service, great burger and chicken sandwich. But personally bad cheese choices. Other then that great place.) Service was really good and quick; nice being checked up on at least twice (four times for me). Food was pretty good for the price. I got the truffle shuffle the first burger was great but the other two with American cheese were a bit of a downer. Hot Nashville chicken was a 9/10, spiciness 7/10.

The food was just okay but in their defense I did get a lettuce wrap burger and perhaps it's because I didn't have the bun but I've been to other places that wrap it and let us and it's still good and I thought this place was very mediocre. It's a shame because she used to be my favorite hamburger place and I don't know what happened to it. The server can have been a nicer and you definitely made our evening there enjoyable. I review a solely based on the food and nothing else

Poor food quality. Under new management so the menu has be edited significantly. Nothing like the Umami Burger in the past. Burger patty was tasteless.

This was my first time at Umami, after many others suggesting it to me. I thought it was an ok burger from a crappy fast food restaurant. The hostess acted surprised that I had made a reservation and wasn't sure what to do with the fact that I had. She told us to seat ourselves and she followed shortly with menus. Our waiter was kind and attentive.

I called an order in to this location 15 minutes before my lunch about a month ago. When I got to the restaurant I paid and they I was told they would get my order. After 30 minutes waiting they realized my food was sitting on a shelf. I was handed the bag and I asked if the food was cold. The young lady at the counter told me to " check it" but I already knew the answer. I contacted the customer service department via email and an automated response was sent and no person has responded. If you like cold food and bad customer service this is the place for you.

The FOOD! The food was amazing. The burgers are juicy and flavorful. Fries are cooked and seasoned well. The food was good enough to command 7 stars but the service was a negative 5.It’s been a few years since I visited this location. It’s sad that the food is so delicious and the employees are destroying the appeal. I’ve never seen this place so dead ?We were seated very quickly and forgotten about just as quick. 1 waiter who is overwhelmed by 3 tables (there were only 4 total tables being occupied by patrons), 1 bus girl who cleaned the table closest to us 4 times during our stay (even though no one had used it) and neglected the table on our opposite side that stayed dirty the entire duration of our dinning experience. This particular employee made a very awkward situation for us on her 4th visit to the already cleaned table when she looked at us, and in the most annoyed, hate my life kind of tone I’ve ever heard said “can I help you!!?”I so badly wanted to say yes you can, by doing your job. I’m not sure who’s managing or what shift lead is out sick today, but the lack of motivation and moving with a purpose this location exhibited was acceptable for a McDonalds. The wait to get drinks was about 25 minutes and it was the hostess that helped us finally not the waiter.

I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems like the company might be shaking things up a bit. The burgers are now smashed burgers instead of using the thick patties they used before (so the medium rare was more like medium/well done). The new recipes are ok, but IMO they are not as good as they were before. I had the black garlic burger and... The taste was good, but I couldn't see anything remotely dark inside... On the good side, the prices have gone down, with the most expensive burger being around $13 (when before they could get up to $16), probably as an adjustment for COVID times, but I do miss the old Umami Burger, with the Sunnyside, the B.U.B., the tuna one... The cheese tots were incredible though.

It’s really nice that they have the Earth Burger with the impossible meat. What is not so nice that when you are in the mood to switch it up and take the black garlic burger one has to pay 6$ to get the meat off the burger and the impossible on. 6$ to swap patties? Really? The burger was also pretty cold and the milkshake came in a small tin cup which wasn’t very appealing. The service was nice and friendly. But overall overpriced for what arrives on the plate.
