The Nachos were plentiful and delicious!!! Its a very nice restaurant and only two short blocks from my hotel Tommie Hollywood.
Amazing food! It was delicious and authentic. What more do you need? Well those warm seats outside are incredible!!!! Made it so comfortable to eat outside in cold windy weather ? I love it, come support a business that really gives a ton back to the community.
Finally visited one of his restaurants. The food was great. I also purchased a few shirts and his hot sauce. The staff was polite. I will try to visit his doghnut store next. This was at his restaurant at Santa Monica. Near the pier.

Service was great as the gentleman gave us great suggestions since it was our first time here. Food tasted great and the atmosphere of the seating outside was wonderful! Overall great place to stop and get a bite!
It was our first time at Trejo's Tacos, and I have been wanting to come since I was gifted Danny's cookbook last Christmas. :)The food was really good! We had chips and salsa, Baja fish taco, steak asada taco, grilled chicken burrito, and kids meal steak taco. The place was quite busy so we weren't able to sit outside on the large tables that looked very nice. Parking lot is pretty small but we found a spot few blocks away. Next time need to try the donuts shop.
1st time in LA, Trejo's is now off my bucket list. Food and service was excellent! Thank you Mary for the gift, absolutely Delicious.
Trejo's Tacos ? ? a must see, visit and eating experience you can't deny yourself. The meat is fantastic, who ever is in that kitchen sure has a hand in what's going on outside of the kitchen and into people's bellies, that's for sure. And the beer ? oh man that dark beer they have there is smooth and very drinkable. Good quality service and food make for a helluva combination. Definitely worth coming back for more.
This was a great ambience. A very cool place to come with friends.I came with my wife and a friend. I wanted to come here for the long time.This is a very good place for vegan options they had jackfruit and mushrooms as vegan options.I just found the taco price to be a little expensive. I would be happy to eat they taco for about 3.5 per taco.The food was good and very flavorful. I will have to come here again and try out the other food.
I will not talk about the $$$$ pricing. ;)My kids love the flavor of the quesadilla. The carnitas taco is very oily, with an uncooked tortilla. The tacitos are ok.Well Mr. Trejo, no 4 stars for you.
