Tacos Mexican Food Stands
(323) 235-2812

Strictly from a quality of food stand point, best tacos in LA.Downsides: It's always packed but line does move fast, it's not in the best neighborhood ro say the least and very few places to sit and eat. Be prepared to eat in your car or take it to go.

It’s not as good as it looks but it looks amazing and it’s quite good.

Hidden gem for authentic “real deal” tacos! Be brave and venture out to be delighted with delicious options!!!

4.6 | almost as authentic as it gets. very very good. it's a food stall style, so you standoutside and just walk up to place your order. the meat was extremely good, the guacamole and sauces are super fresh and I didn't get theirfresh juice but will next time! 10/10 recommend.it's heavy on the meat sojust be prepared for a limited authentic taco etc menu. the tortillas could have been a liiitle fresher but we also went late, just a little before close but overall, didn’t take away fromthe flavour and the fire guacamole.

small parking lot with lots of cars, so maybe you should park on the street. there might be a long line but it should move decently fast. cash only.everything here is very homemade and authentic. it helped that we had a spanish speaker in our group so he could help us order and get the good stuff. the cabeza is sooo fatty. i'm a big fan. i would definitely come back!

The food is great except they have an attitude so you feel like you can’t really ask them anything and also they’re very unorganized. I really wish for sanitary reasons they wouldn’t just use their hands to handle the food . My husband and I have gotten upset stomach after eating here 3 times already so that’s not a coincidence.

My wife and I will make the 15 minute drive to get tacos from here. Be prepared to wait in line because they are that good. My fav is the tacos de cabeza and asada with everything, they also have quesadillas, mulitas, etc.

This place is as raw/authentic as it gets. Everything is being made right in front of you. For starters, the corn tortillas are fire. The pastor was a little greasy, but crispy and had good flavor. The asada was nearly perfect for me and also had good texture. I was a little underwhelmed by the avocado -- I may have expected guac flavors, but it was pretty natural and subtle. This place is cash only, so learn from my mistake. Tire shop taqueria has its fans for good reason!

Tried their Cabeza, Asada, and Pastor. Asada had a huge amount of flavour, but the Cabeza was EXTREMELY tender. Super soft to bite into. Not to mention, the tortillas were handmade on the spot. Everything was fresh from start to finish. Only setback was that each taco was $2.25 ? even if I went just for the Cabeza tacos, I’m not sure if I’d pay that…9/10

Their hand made tortillas are delicious. The best Aguas Frescas (Flavored Water) I've had so far. Though their meats are a hit and miss sometimes when it comes to the flavoring. Not enough or to much of a certain ingredient in the meats. Sometimes. Other than that. Very good tacos, burritos and quesadillas.
