Fantastic 2-day stay here! Really enjoyed the popping of the bubbly when checking in. The room service was fresh and tasty even when ordered late. Pool was really nice, the bar up there made one of the best mojitos I've ever had! Loved it, will be back soon!!

Had an amazing stay here during the All Star baseball week. Staff, and I mean ALL staff were FABULOUS! This was my first visit to this particular hotel, but it felt like I was a regular. They knew you by name. The lounge staff was FANTASTIC - Cameron and Maribel come to mind. Always going that extra mile for you. The room was spacious, clean ( thank you Gloria) and quiet. I highly recommend this facility and I thank all the people who made our stay fabulous.

We had a great stay even though we were only there for one night. We had flown into town in the afternoon from Dallas to watch the Rangers play the Angels in Anaheim, so we left pretty much right after we checked in. The Guest Relations Coordinator, Nathan, e-mailed us in advance to find out when we were arriving, if we were celebrating any special occasions, and if we needed anything special. We did let him know we'd probably be arriving a tad before check-in and would leave our bags and that we were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary. When we got to the hotel, we were greeted right away and by a very polite gentleman at the front desk (I wish I could remember his name). They actually did have our room ready early, which was a great treat as we could get ready in our room to head to the ballgame. We were also delighted to find out that we'd been upgraded, which from what I understand, is a rare occurrence at this hotel. I am a platinum member and lifetime silver, but I was still surprised. The room was on one of the top floors, accessible only by a separate elevator, and it had an extra office area which came in very handy the next morning when my husband had some zoom calls to make. When we got back from the game, we saw that the 24th floor lounge was open when we got off of the elevator and went to have a drink. The lounge had incredible views and the drinks were tasty. We were surprised there weren't more people in there, but it was around 9:30 at that time. When we went back to the room, we found that Nathan had delivered a bottle of champagne and strawberries, not to mention a very sweet hand-written card congratulating us. It was a fine touch and again, unexpected. The extra touches at the hotel, such as slippers, two robes, straightening iron, TV in the bathroom mirror, turndown service, etc - all very much appreciated and will likely encourage us to stay at finer hotels such as this one in the future. All-in-all, it was a great stay, and we very much appreciated the personal care shown to us while we were there.

Decided last minute to take my husband to LA for Father's Day with our kids. We booked a room at The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angelus at L.A. Live. It was my first time at this hotel and we just had a fabulous stay. Edwin checked us in when we arrived and he was gracious, kind and displayed wonderful hospitality. David was our bellman and he is a wealth of knowledge. David has worked for Ritz-Carlton for 30 years and been at the Los Angeles property since opening 12 years ago. He gave us a great orientation of the property and made us feel very much at home. We stayed on the 23rd floor, which is the club lounge level and I CANNOT say enough good things about our experience there and the team. The food is top notch, presentation is exceptional and the taste is wonderful. But truly what makes it very special is the team - Cynthia, Cameron, William and Marianna were all accommodating and so wonderful with our kids. Truly loved everything about the club lounge - thank you for a great experience. Great hotel, great staff, great location - check it out, So worth the visit.

I reserved two rooms at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel for USC Commencement weekend one year ago. Two days before commencement the hotel bumped me and many other families due to a "glitch" which oversold the whole hotel. I assume the hotel prioritized guests paying higher rates who did not plan as far ahead as I did. Will NEVER stay with the Bonvoy Hotel Group again.

Stayed overnight at the Ritz to attend an event nearby. Was given an early check in and upgraded to a beautiful suite with a sweeping city view. Unfortunately, The windows are very thin so you have to keep the draperies drawn as the air conditioner is not strong enough to cool the room during the day. The thin windows also mean you hear street noise from the freeway 24/7. Luckily I brought earplugs but if I hadn’t, I would’ve had a hard time sleeping at night. This is an extremely small hotel occupying four floors in a building that is shared with the JW Marriott and some private residences. There is a tiny lobby, a small rooftop pool with a bar that remained closed, a nice gym and spa, however pretty much everything else is in the JW lobby which is a bit of a mob scene, not very luxurious to stand in line and nowhere near enough tables and chairs to serve the volume of guests they receive. The hotel is clearly understaffed, as there was no bellman or valet on arrival (I had to leave my bags on the curb), only one person at the front desk, rarely did anyone answer the phone when I called down from the room, and to get a bellmen to check out took over an hour. I know the hotel industry is facing a lot of labor problems, but for the prices charged here, there is no excuse not to be fully staffed, and if your bar is not going to be open, room service should be able to deliver drinks to the room rather than making me go downstairs and stand in line in the JW lobby to get a $72 cocktail in a plastic cup.

Very nice staff! All of them were top notch. Very quiet hotel. Solid constructions kept all noises (both inside and outside) to a nearly non existent happening. Basics are slow to come back with no mini bar items stocked still in June of 2022. That would be my only criticism. Other Ritz properties, including DC, had moved back to this months ago. Overall - great stay. Very clean! Beds comfy, temps great, water pressure very good. All and all it was perfect for a quick conference stay.

Great location! The Front Desk staff was excellent Malad and Hephram was awesome so was Danny! I would highly recommend this hotel. I'm a Titanium Elite member and was able to get an upgrade to the Executive Suite which was amazing especially the views at night. Patricia did a great job setting up our car and dinner reservations. TOP Knotch treatment from beginning to end. Ask for Jessie to help with departure! My home away from home!

My stay in here was second to none. The staff was incredible, friendly, and helpful all day long! They've got an amazing location too which can't be beaten for sightseeing in this part of town. The room I booked online before arriving came with a complimentary breakfast buffet that had something new each morning.
