I tried the fish & chips with a blonde 805 draft. It was all really good! Coleslaw was just okay.

Great cocktails, good food and friendly barkeeps. Live music is a plus. Only downside is the overall cleanliness. But after a few too many, you don't really notice.

I gave one star for the good live music. Other than that, this the worst place to go.Firstly, they were rude. I know there were just two bartenders, but that doesn't mean they can shout at us.Secondly, they charged me double. I was a little drunk and they took their chance of charging me twice.Thirdly, their food was not that good for the price we paid. Dry fries and below-okay wings. Drinks were okay.Save your time and money and don't go there if you wanted to have a good time.

Cool, dimly lit wine and beer bar full of beautiful people. Boomtown Limelight IPA was great. My wife tried the Moscato. It was good but a little dry for her taste. Appetizers provided from a nearby establishment were fantastic. Try the Spanish tortilla. The old pulley and belt fan system overhead is a neat relic. When you are finished hop across the street to The Soap Factory/Wacko. Lots of fun stuff.

So glad I found this joint on google! The Green Dog & Elote Dog were both absolutely delicious. Our server asked if we minded our hotdogs being wrapped in bacon? From now on I will only eat hotdogs wrapped in bacon! So good! The Filthy Fries & Dirty Esquite were super yummy as well! There was a mango Hefeweizen on tap that I was surprised to love! Had a delicious, filling, and affordable meal.

I miss the pink haired bartender. What happened to her? All the drinks suck big time. You need to clean the spouts abs everything behind that bar. I was served the most foul disgusting drink. The bartender wouldn’t even drink it. Disgusting. Plus the history of the owner and his bad treatment of the homeless.

They got unexpectedly slammed tonight and lost my food order in the process, which was disappointing but they kept their equillibrium in a crazed situation and, because of that I'll recommend them anyway, even though I'm still REALLY hungry.

They have a happy hour menu on the weekday from 4 to 7. The salmon tacos were really flavorful. Full bar and it’s pretty inside. The server gave us cinnamon chips with our salsa and I know those are fighting words. What a savage

Came up from the south bay to meet up with a friend who was visiting. Maybe its because I don't get out enough into LA, but I've got to say that I was shocked to find a place this nice in the middle of the civic center. This is a great place to grab a drink and catch up with friends. They have a really comfortable and sophisticated interior and have put together a great beer + wine program.

Fun decor, friendly staff, great options for dinner, we enjoyed our meal VERY much - stopped in ahead of a show downtown, very happy we knew a local who recommended this!
