The food was great and the price was good for the value. They have a scale from 1 to 10 for how spicy the meal should be and they are not kidding. A five was already very hot. The only thing that leads me to give just 4 stars was the service. Our waitress did not seem to be in the mood to work. She was very slow and got our order wrong. Just one order out of five, but still...
cute and open space with delicious Thai food, with attentive staff that served us quickly. get the noodles (there are a lot of options) or standard Thai dishes. if I'm ever in the LA area, I'll definitely come back again!
The Hoy Ka soup noodles is so good! Highly recommend !!
The food was good, I overestimated my tolerance of spicy. I eat spicy and think I can handle most of spicy, but it’s still a bit too much for me when I chose 5 out of 10.Also most stuff were very friendly, especially the lady there who gave us a beautiful coconut dessert as a takeaway gift. But one young guy definitely had some attitude. When he took our order, I said I want number 12. He goes oh I don’t understand the number, you have to tell me the name. To be honest, it’s a bit rude for customer service and I was annoyed. When I was deciding which level of spicy I should choose, he was impatient. But we still tipped big for that lovely lady and others.
In an ocean of Thai Food (also known as Hollywood) this is consistently good food. The service might get sluggish at times, but the food is really worth it. Try the curries. They're all amazing. The Pad Thai transports you to Bangkok, it's so original...
The best Thai food I have eaten soo far in states. The veg and the non veg good they serve is too good. The taste is well balanced with the spice and the texture of food is very proper. The ambience is pleasant and nice to eat. Must try coconut ? palm water before and then at the end coconut dessert ice cream.
I think this restaurant is the best Thai food restaurant that I have experienced in my USA trip. I love their Pad Se Ew(fried thin rice noodles) and Chicken Basil+fried egg (Kra Phau). They are so tasty and delicious!I also tried they Thai Tea (it's a must!). The tea is really tasty, but a bit too sweet for me. It is still good tho; especially if you are a sweet tooth. Otherwise, you can drink their free flow ice water for free.Service is excellent. They brought out food fast and nicely. One of our food should be super spicy, we felt that the fried rice was not spicy enough. One of the servants just came to us and asked if we wanted to change it to the new one. ???PS: sorry no photo of the food because they were super good and smelled so nice. Had made us forgot to take pic before we ate them.?✌️
This is my favorite place to get drunken noodles! It is delicious! I am so glad I found this place! Can’t wait to come back here. 10/10 would recommend this place!
Unfortunately subpar all around. Slow service, cheap frozen appetizers, bland(!!!) Entrees, like the most bland Thai I've ever had. Hopes weren't too high but this definitely fell below expectations.
One of the best Thai restaurant in Los Angeles we've been to at this point. The dishes are very delicious. Flavours are just right, not exaggeratedly spiced to mimic the authentic flavour of Thai dishes. And most importantly dishes are not oily like in some Thai restaurants where even the fried rice has too much oil. This restaurant made me miss Bangkok.
