Good to have this Market in neighborhood, but long lines, long waite times and higher prices , make it unpleasant experience!!! No management initiative to call extra cashier's during peak periods !!! Beverage aisle to much product on the floor makes passage dangerous...
there are two ticket offices, there are 7-8 people in the queue. Waiting for about 20 minutes or more. they're just being bullied! don't come here.
The staff was helpful and friendly. We were not able to find the peppers we wanted, but we found sour sop and several other glass bottle soft drinks.
Placed an order in advance for a cake that cost me 80 dollars , just to recieve a poorly done imitation of what my cake was supposedly to look like! It looks like a joke. Like it was done last minute by a person with obviously no cake decorating experience!! So don't even consider this place unless you want a botched cake.
I love this place, all the fresh produce and meat you need, prices are good. They don't have a wide variety of non perishables but that's not what I go for. Full Deli, bakery, meat and produce depts that are clean and well stocked.

Employee complaint, Marisol G st the Washington blvd location. She is rude and has a bad attitude when handling customers. I’ve been serviced twice by her and the worst. She works in the hot food area and I purchased a drink today and she leaves your stuff far from you so you will need to lean over. I told her to push it in towards me and she rung me up and walked away with attitude. I didn’t say it mean but I couldn’t reach. I had to lean over to get my drink. Very rude. This happen last time when I came in to buy the chicken. She’s rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t belong there handling customers. I overheard talking bad to another customer. Not good

Prices seem to be a bit more higher here than at a "regular" Superior. But their bakery and hot deli items are good and always fresh.
The remake cashier had a lazy and heavy attitude, she didn't want to help putting the items next to her, she waited for me to do it. The male personnel had a much better and helpful manners, this cashier needs training, I could not recommend this place until they train their staff to give an empathetic service, we, the customers provide them with their jobs and their salary. ???
