I am a sourdough bread guy and Kings Roost has the high quality flour that makes superior loaves. The shop is great, has a demonstration Kitchen, all kinds of DIY stuff. I wish I didn't see the grain milling because I will be back at some point to buy a mill and start milling my own wheat.
If you care what you are eating then this is the place to go to. There is only one such place in LA.
